  2. Can you get it to sputter? Lots of compression? Does the crank move with plugs out? i just reread your post. Got a rattle, better tear it down. thats weird
  3. Klotz that’s what. its awesome stuff but won’t sit well and gets gummed up. Maybe residual in the bowls?
  4. Can you even hydrolock an engine from getting too much fuel? I’m thinking pull the carbs, check the float seat height, make sure they’re not sticking, pull off the pipes and plugs and clear it out
  5. My 4 mil with PC ran 27.5 pilot and 320 main
  6. Forged offers more strength. TDR makes a great forged crank.
  7. Dude I’m going to tell ya right now. Save yourself a ton of money and buy a built bike. There’s a beauty for sale right now in the the for sale section. Pay the extra and have it shipped or road trip.
  8. Keep the bike, hit the BHQ rides twice a year.
  9. No porting necessary. They’re pretty much cast drag ported style. Look up some dyno numbers on here of cast vs ported. Run it
  10. Nice looking bike!
  11. Why don’t you do a plug chop and post it
  12. I’m not sure what your elevation is but 90% of the time when you add pipes you need to up the jetting. I would imagine 27.5 pilots and try a 280 main. i think I remember FMFs liking a 30 pilot. Check the set up section and see who’s running a similar set up
  13. Don’t get a cub unless you strictly drag race. beat bang for the buck is a DriveLine cylinder set up for 800$. You can keep the stock crank and be running 392cc. Have DL add the boost ports and let it rip. Add carbs and your remaining money out into a rear shock
  14. Nice!
  15. Get in on the ice racing and dirt . This guys is from around you I think
  16. Where in Ontario?
  17. Steering stabilizer will help a lot imo. Puck style apparently is the best but pricey. I run a stick style streamline and there very easy to install. You can actually double them up. Buy a puck style if you have the money or at least a 11 way rebuildsble stock style.
  18. I’m strongly considering making my own. Plaster of Paris for a cast, buy some carbon fibre, figure a way to “mould” it. I think it can be done. Your attitude is good which is the most important thing.
  19. Rod numbers show HR long rod on his engine
  20. Damn what a seal job on the head! if your sleeves are good run some new pistons. I would bet that set up dates back to the 90s.
  21. Google search on the pistons shows a trinity set up. So what you may have is a resleeved big bore stock cylinders. Depending on the shape of your cylinders you might want to reconsider a new set up. The head and domes are getting harder to find, everyone uses the other style.
  22. Good guess Sully. I was thinking the same seeing it looks like Trinity domes. Post a pic of your cylinders
  23. Magura makes the best one. The Chinese are now making them now, they’re all over eBay but I hear they’re junk. if I were in your position I would look at rear brake lever controls to activate front also, move clutch to the right side.
  24. Everyone has gone DMs these days for drag racing. K&T still kicking ass also.
  25. I know where your coming from. I lost my left leg above the knee 3 years ago and have gone electric shifter. i would consider looking at this system. https://disabledmotorcyclerider.com/klever.html
