  1. FAST could t even bore out a set of their cylinders due to porous sleeves. Cylinders were scrapped. That being said, you can’t lose on this price. Maybe the pistons are Chinese knockoffs?
  2. Wow nice!

  6. Thanks for th pics. I’ll let you know how it goes
  7. Weird those are pretty much the two main causes. Im baffled but wonder if maybe a seal on the head pops out when the head is heated or engine is running? What type head?
  8. I ran a 320 pilot with Pro Circuits but had more porting and a 4 mil. I think you should drop your main to 300 and check again
  9. It looks like the hub needs to go into the spindle another 3 mm or so just to make that disc roll smoothly. I’m going to pull one off tonight and reinstall and if that don’t work I will see if the stock hubs make a difference Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yes. if your looking at porting pistons head domes etc your by far better going to a DriveLine set up. I would definitely get a hold of them or send a PM to BansheeHP on this page (DriveLine) http://drivelineperformance.com/yamaha-banshee-392cc-big-bore-assassin-cylinder-kit/
  11. If your just buying parts and not sending the motor Farm and Sand Toys is the fastest. if your sending a motor use HerrJugsRacing and Powerline Performance
  12. I’m about ready to burn this heap. I’ve got prm hubs and you hand tighten them and their pretty much tick to the spindle. Once I install the 07-08 Raptor calipers the discs run on the pads so tight you have to force the hub to turn. If I bleed off or take a screw driver to move the pads all the way in (compressed) it’s better until I again squeez the brakes. Also if you look at the hub and disc you can see the disc is close to the bib adjustable pad, you would think moving the hub inward would create more space for the disc to spin BUT the hub is too tight and won’t spin. I’ve discovered tonight that the 07 Raptor master cylinder is loosing pressure also. Could this be part of the problem? Is the calipers the problem? Is the hub the problem? Will new pads and master cylinder rebuild kit fix all this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yes. You can test your stator with an ohm meter. Go to YouTube on the southtexasbanshee page and he has a video of testing your electrical
  14. What’s your compression in that cylinder? is it possible to borrow a CDI from someone to test against yours? habe you ohm’d out your electrical?
  15. Alberta Banshee Facebook page has some for sale. If your on FB
  16. Raise the clip to the top to bring the needle down. If you see improvement report back
  17. see if anyone has a similar set up
  18. Try movie your needle on the clip and see if it helps the bog. If it gets better fine tune your needles.
  19. No. I’d keep it. Too nice
  20. Hahaha I knew you were going to post that. Your the guy I wish would do a hybrid
