You may have to rejet ur carbs for the new head. Im not 100% sure u will or not just giving u a heads up. And btw ive heard of good.cool heads netting an easy 2 hp

Absolutely an air leak could lean out your running condition and cause the plug to become white. Secondly coolant in the exhaust sounds like a head gasket. Would defenitly check that out. Its easy enough

This is going to be more of a test and tune thing for you now. Snaller rear tire will make on revolution fasyerthsn ur 20in tire so u are gaining a small ammount of bottom end. It depends on what you want out of ur setup. I have a 2012 yfz450r as well, tons of mods and shes makin 52hp at the wheels. Way betyer than stock, I also dropped a tire size and to help wil spinning so much out of the gate I slapped on a +1 front sprocket

Got a set of stock carbs. I was selling them for parts anyhow. They worked when they were disassembled, the needle valves just wouldnt stop gas flow. Make me an offer.

I am going to be in the final stages of a brand new build here soon with a stock cyl 4 mil from HJR. I dont want to dive into jetting and then change mixes here and there. I want to choose a reliable durable mix and run it at all times. Sooooooo with that said. Ive always ran yamalube, it was designed for their two stroke engine. Well this engine will no longer be a stock setup and whatnot so what would or what do you run? Im not looking for a 100% answer, just personal prefference with results.
