  2. You've gone this far. Done be affraid of the process this is not too difficult. Remove the engine and start removing other componets to inspect for failure and damage. U look like you have a bearing or risk clip failure. I dont see any classic signs of it being lean right off the bat. You need to get that coolant out of the crankcase before any bearings or your crank starts to rust bud

  8. Just bought these carbs, looking to run them through K&N pods on pump fuel on a 4 mil stock cylinder setup from HJR's dune/play port. CPI or shear pipes will be used, pro design cool head custom cut domes, i am about 600-1000ft above sea level. Can anyone tell me where I should start? and what series jets are these? I am used to the mikunis and the pwks are something I am just going to have to learn.
  9. Thanks, it is warped like that. I checked my slide pins, the are free. Previous owner must have had the issue and never changed the rotor

  17. Reverting a setof pwk's setup to run on alky backto being able to run on gasoline fuel. What all does it involve and about how much would someone spend doing it themselves? Thanks!

  20. Is the thing fuel injected? A buddy and I stuck an R6 engine in a raptor 700 frame and fuel pressure from the raptor tank was within spec for the R6, so that was a great thing to know and start us off. We had to add a port on the bottom side of the tank for the return line. The airbox we custom made and we layed a foam filter inside it. The subframe being alloy was not weldable but with it removed it was simple enough for us to make motor mounts and true the engine up. A pit viper subframe is all steel so if you must they are easy to work with. Obviously you will have to widen and brace the main frame itself. You will need custom length cables and so on so forth. It is going to cost you alot of money and lots of time, sweat, bloody and bruised knuckles. I agree that its not worth it in a banshee frame (or most any to say the least) BUT if it is something you want to do and see how you like it yourself then go for it. Just know what you are getting into.
