  5. Nice condition stator sold! Still have the second stator
  6. I have a set. Brand new in stock for a 156 pattern (banshee/yamaha). $220 shipped.
  7. Nice oem stator on stock timing plate. Had it sitting around as a spare, but its time to clean out old inventory like this. Asking $110 shipped. Have a second stator, little rusty but works great. Asking $75 shipped for it on stock timing plate.
  8. I've seen a key switch go bad - odd...somehow the contacts were reversed (stock banshee switch correct for the year and harness) off was on and on was off...threw me for a hell of a loop for a while, kick ur ass off before it would even attempt to start so for sure test your switches if you have not already done so.
  9. you cannot receive pm's. so here's my offer. I will go $60 + shipping with hubs. I think thats fair. Will probably be around $75 or $80. Its from an 04
  10. Postive the slides are in correctly? Are the float bowls on the right carbs? They ARE different. The left carb with the choke plunger has a small brass bb in the bottom side of the bowl. This has a metering jet to allow for the cross tube between the two carbs. If installed incorrectly the unit will be hard to start and run terrible, spitting and popping and such. If all else fails - do a leakdown test. Make sure u are not experiencing a lean condition in your engine. A leaky intake or crank seal will make it a bitch to get an engine started.
  11. Better upgrade that suspension or there will be trouble getting lots of usable power to the ground. Vf4's woukd definitely help as would a nice ser of billet intakes. Get a nice air cleaner setup so that engine can breathe well but still be protected while u ride. Camatv promod ftw! Nice trans, couple it with a nice new clutch, pancake bearing, modded shaft and springs, shifts like butter. Awesome upgrade
  12. Lol wow... Bump pilots to 27.5s and throw in some 280 mains, needle on the middle clip. This will get you close. You'll pobably end up with a main closer to 260.
  13. I got one with a carrier. You can buy it with or without, have hubs too if your interested. Make a decent offer and its yours
  14. Not looking for anything of great value (that can be repaired) because I understand they are expensive. I am only looking to use it as a tool so obviously I want to pay as little as possible bud.
  15. Thanks. Yes I am using CC specialties tools to get this work done. Chatter is a bitch and very hard to contorl. CC's foot control helps with that A LOT. I am happy with results so far. I will have a set good to go for us here in the shop setup as a dune / play port. I have a few more guys lined up to try our work for us. One here on HQ. I am happy to be taking these steps and anxious to see what kind of power we can make. Here is a pic of a general "clean up" port on an intake. No port timing changes, just a general clean up of the intake on a stock banshee cylinder. Bridge is not perfect but this is for general reference purposes - this intake will become modified more as well.
  16. Thought so, thanks tedder. I appreciate your time grey, but I already got one. Still need other cranks.
  17. Ahh didn't know it was a short rod, must have missed it. Pm sent
  18. Sweet so you can save yourself a little money just having that stuff right there. 4 mil will give you more torque and a good low end power increase. With port work a 4 mil setup can net you quite a bit more over stock HP and be very fun to ride. The cranks just drop right in so its an easy upgrade. Not to mention it sets up a platform for the bigger 4 mil cylinder setups out there if and when you decide to upgrade to a cub or serval in the future.
  19. Well, after adding alot of power you will need to upgrade your suspension to get it all to the ground. I would recommend getting your cylinders ported with a nice dune/play port, bored to the next usable size and invest in a cool head so you can take advantage of custom cut domes for pump fuel. Next an adjustable timing plate, +4 is very safe. Nice set of intakes w/ vforce reeds and K&N pod filters. You will need a good set of pipes if you dont already have them. CPI's will be a nice compliment in the trails and dunes, they will have a fatter mid range hit than shearers but at the same time will fall off on top a little sooner than shearer pipes. If you are looking at doing alot of drag racing, go with the shearer pipes. If you are going to ride and dune it alot - CPI pipes. That should get you where you want to be and easily in the 60HP range. If you are going to go in the bottom, might as well do a +4mm crank from hot rods. When having your cylinders ported you can have them done for the +4mm stroke, gain some nice torque and a little bottom end, and bump up towards the 70hp range. This should get you started. If you wanted to go all motor first, a 4 mil serval package puts out nice HP 70s-80s and will be very rideable for trails and the dunes. CPI pipes are very nice compliments to the serval cylinders. The entire serval setup will cost you roughly between $1725 - $2000 depending who you buy from. You can always have that cylinder ported as well. Just dont forget your suspension, there is no way around it, it WILL need to be upgraded. Hope this helps! -Jon
  20. First off lets establish what kind of riding are you going to be doing with the bike and what kind of HP are you thinking about putting down? Next, what kind of fuel do you want to run? and lastly....what is your budget?$?$?
