  1. What's the easiest way to pin point an air leak ??
  2. I live up here in alaska I'm 0-500 feet where I will be riding, last summer I had it over bored with new wiesco pistons top end, and put trinity stage 4 pipes through it and took the air box lid off .... When it was stock bike ran great till I did the mods . I have not done a leak down tester I am getting one today.
  3. They look the pretty good lightish brown ... I'm using br8es , should I try br9 or the br7 ??
  4. Hey guys iv been messin with my jets for awhile now and I just put in 300 mains and my pilot is a 27.5 and iv got the Vito's performance needles and now Iv been trying everything to get this puppy to idle and can't get it too ... Then revving it it will pop and sound raspy and shoot a little backfire out of the mag side not the usual banshee sound like its lean or something. Not sure what it is any Ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks
  5. hey guys finally got the stuff in the mail and turns out it was the key switch, mine was all corroded and still wouldn't work after I tried to fix it and swaped it out and it fired right up... anyway thank you for the help.
  6. Sorry guys iv been out of service last couple days working .... Ordered some stuff for the banshee the other day before I took off and the key ignition will hopefully cure it but I'll be sure to let you guys know
  7. I will check that tomorrow morning, could it be a kill switch or key ignition gone bad ??
  8. I double checked to make sure that cross over choke tube was hooked up and all was good with the carbs... when I was trying to start it it would sit there and drain fuel straight out the drain tubes off the carbs like something was stuck open, that's when I popped the carbs back off and checked them out and cleaned them. my throttle did feel like it had a looser pull like the slides were stuck open. when I was trying to start it.
  9. yep that cross over tube was put on tight all both carbs were installed right I made sure to double check cause iv been that dumb ass before haha
  10. hey so iv got a 2005 banshee and iv been messin with my jetting for awhile and the other day I pulled it in the shop to swap the mains out and now it wont start. I had finished putting new main jets in and tried to fire it up and wouldn't start, checked for spark and there was no spark then put clean plugs in to see if im getting any fuel on em and there was no moisture when I took em out. so I took both my carbs off and cleaned them along with installing a new coil to see if that was the problem and that didn't solve it either. does it have to do with the electrical ? could the whole wiring harness have a problem or something like that? thanks
