x2 on the builders .020, look on CP's website and it will tell you what gasket they cast for.

Check the basics first. Pull off your clutch cover and inspect your clutches, basket, etc. Second if all is well, check your shift shaft adjustment and eccentric screw. These come out of adjustment all the time. Sometimes they were not installed correctly, sometimes the retainer washer fails, either way - look into the basics before you split the cover. A friend of mine had a "squealing" noise in neutral once - sounded bad. Pulled the cover, shift shaft was waaaaay out of adjustment, his eccentric screw had backed out and would not allow the trans to fully up or downshift.

Custom Cut pump fuel domes for 4 mil banshee with top notch cool head. Domes are 23cc for 115 rods and have an angle of 13* for banshee pistons. These came off of my old setup. Maybe 20 hours on them. No dings, no detonation. Good to go, toss em on and run em! $40 shipped.

I gotta 4 mil short rod crank. Guy said it was an hjr crank - I can't ID it but its solid. All bearings are good and it has stock 29l rods on it. $230 shipped.

X2 on being careful with the vin. We paint frames all the time. But for guys who are trail riding, I advise against it. Pc is much more durable on trail bikes hands down because they generally take the worst beatings. Paint will look good and last if done right - just not as long on a trail bike.

Renthal sprockets work ok but not worth the money. Steel sprockets in general will last much longer than aluminum. Alignment issues could be a problem there - but if you used a master link that is not the same pitch as the chain...thats not good. Get a new chain with the correct link and be done with it. Bet that fixes your issue.
