  1. I need the main Swingarm bolt with the washer and nut. I also need the thrust/dust covers and the washers that go behind them. To be more specific: Clymer manual page 318 rear swing arm diagram #1 pivot shaft #2 thrust cover (quantity 2) #3 washer (quantity 2) #10 washer #11 nut I'm at a standstill on my build until I can get these and I refuse to use my local stealership. Thanks guys!
  2. Thanks man. I'll have to look into that.
  3. It's a bare frame right now. Ya I've been trying to think of ways to bend that bitch back. Lots of heat to start, but idk how to get a good hold of it to yank or push on it.
  4. I'm thinking of fabricating a spacer to fill the gap. I guess we'll see how that goes.
  5. There's a very very small bend in the stem. But there's no way it's enough to cause this. Is there anything I can do?
  6. I'm reassembling my bike and just put a new steering stem bearing in. When I installed the stem there was about a 1/4" gap between the upper mount and the frame. When the upper mount is hand tight the stem moves flawlessly but when I tighten the mount it is a noticably restricted. My question is, is this ok or is something seriously bent (I.e. the stem)?
  7. That's with sandblasting too right? You'll love the quality when it's done
  8. Ive read over and over that friction modifiers are real bad. I use type F tranny fluid since its made for friction applications.
  9. Success! After soaking it for a couple days I got the impact on it. It took about 10 seconds to get it out. Gotta love air tools.
  10. Sold. What's your PayPal?
  11. I need the radiator hose joint that goes into the top half of the crankcase and into the clutch cover. It's held in by a c clip. I need this thing ASAP
  12. I had this happen to me when I was real young on my old blaster. I pulled the choke and shut off the gas. It shut down fairly quick.
  13. Use the search!!! AC to DC conversion is a little involved. However, since I'm a nice guy I found you this for you. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=92899&st=0&p=800737&hl=+conversion%20+&fromsearch=1entry800737
  14. If it comes down to it. Talk to sheerider1026, he recoils stators and I've heard good things. I'm actually putting one of his rewound stators on my bike. He's also real good on price. But like I said, if it comes down to it....
  15. I personally don't have an impact but my buddy has a bad ass 3/4" one so I'm hoping that will do the trick. I'll post my results in hopefully a couple days. Until then I'm keeping it soaked with liquid wrench.
  16. It's weird. The inside edges of the gaskets are tapered and slightly curved. So when I flip it over one us curved down and the other is curved up. I could just be over thinking this but it's my first build and want to be sure
  17. Lol fucking autocorrect is calling them "cosmetic" instead of cometic. But you guys get the point.
  18. All I need to do to finish my motor is put the jugs on the case. I pull out my cosmetic base gaskets from my kit and put one on the left cylinder. Then I realize the one for the right cylinder is the same exact one as the left. The left gasket has rounded edges that curve downward into the case. If I put the right gasket on it would be upside down and the inside edges would curve up away from the case. I'm assuming I was accidentally given the wrong gasket. What do you think?
  19. I like that. I'll soak it tomorrow and try to break it free Wednesday.
  20. Lucky you. Like I said, I broke my damn breaker bar on this thing already.
