  1. I need thrust covers for my j-arm shee. Front and swing arm
  2. I'm in the process of building and restoring my first banshee. It's mostly going to be on trails, some back roads and hopefully the occasional dune trip. Just wondering what would be a good gearing ratio for my needs. I'm running SST's, no lid with pod and outerwear, boysen reeds, .080" over with a slight port. Nothing serious but not bone stock.

    Hardware

I'm doing a big restore and am missing a lot of chassis hardware. Id like to find a pretty complete hardware set in decent/new shape. I have a j-arm but would consider hardware for an a-arm frame too. PM me if you have anything please!

    Plastics

Im looking for black plastics for the tank and grill. I could deal with white I suppose too. PM me if you have anything. Thanks!
  5. To start, i just picked this thing up as a project. It just got a fresh top end on it from the previous owner. Rode it once and the chain whacked the case real bad. Once He took it apart again only one piston has burn marks. Now I'm fortunate enough to own it
  6. My 93 is only firing on one cylinder. I pulled the motor after because putting a new case on it an found the stator was in pretty rough shape. Do you think replacing just the stator would fix this or should I do the while ignition system?
  7. Thanks alot. I was thinking of starting at 320 so I guess I was in the right area. Would you recommend needles and float gaskets too or would just jets be fine? (assuming the needles are nice and clean)
  8. Correction****Running K&N with precharger and no lid
  9. I'm putting together a banshee and need some help finding a starting point for my jetting. Bike: .80 over Toomey T5's Boysen Power reeds (Stock reed cage) Stock Carbs K&N Filter with lid but with 6 1" Vents in box Riding Conditions: Trail Riding 940 ft elevation 60-95 degrees F riding climate
  10. Does anyone have any experience using billet case savers to help protect your case from chain whack?
  11. I was wondering if it would be a bad idea to replace only the cracked half of my crank case? Id like to save some money only doing half but I don't want to screw anything up while trying to cut costs.
