Anyone happen to know what size and thread stock head nuts are?

So I'm trying to remove the steering stem bearing from the frame but can't get the cover off. I made a tool for it, a 30mm bolt with 2 nuts welded on it. I heated the housing with mapp gas and had a breaker bar with a 3 foot pole on the end of it for more leverage. I snapped the 1/2" head off the breaker bar. This thing will not come out. Please tell me it's reverse threaded or something. Otherwise idk what else to do.

Tire size effects your bottom and top end. Tall tires = higher top end and less bottom end. Shorter tires = Less top end and more bottom end. Changing your tire height is like changing your sprockets.

Id remove the TORS. The thing is nothing but a headache. Rockymountanatv has a kit or like 46 dollars. That will at least eliminate any guess work with the TORS adjustment

I would think 25 pilots are fine at like 2.5 turns on the air screw. Are you 100% sure the pilots are clear? Also What clip is the needle set at?

When you pressurize to 6 psi you are only pressurizing the crank, jugs, and head. Your clutch and stator covers are not being pressurized. So if air leaks into one of the covers during the test you WILL see that on the gauge. The point is, covers on or off won't really make a difference.

I personally don't know. But you'd be best off going to rockymountanatv and picking up a throttle cable with TORS eliminator for like $50

Does it have the TORS still? If so ditch that

The trans shifts perfect. What more can can I ask? If you didn't see the pictures the wear is really really small. And yes, I'm using them.
