  1. just pull the motor out and pull the jugs off and turn the bottom end upside down and let it drain, wash it out with gas if you have to.then put the jugs back on and reinstall the motor and dont do anything stupid like that again.
  2. take the motor out and dump that shit out.its a 2 stroke not a 4,the drain plug is for the transmission
  3. easy, everyone knows vitos is junk lol half the time the shit dont fit(other parts)
  4. man you guys are making me paranoid,i have a hotrods trued and welded(used) stock stroke crank throwing 76mm pistons around, the last thing i need is for it to blow up. tdr told me you get what you pay for,and his opinion was to stay away from them knock off's.personally to me vito's is another knock off so i didnt even think of throwing one of those cranks in my build
  5. found the problem i think,i wont know till i get new plugs.i had to drop the needle one clip.i was drowning the motor with 340 on the middle clip.the silencers were always wet with oil
  6. had to use ultra black gasket maker on my other reed cages once.never had any leaks i think lol,its the same shit i use on my case halves
  7. damn man,i was about to buy one of those cheapo cranks for the ss build.glad i didnt cheap out and suffer the carnage. hotrods ftw
  8. i have the single k&n filter.ive heard on sled forums on tripples they had different jets on the pto side.my boss's sled is the same way so that gave me the idea.besides that the motor runs as it should.im going to try it and see what the shee thinks of the different jet sizes
  9. just checked my plugs last nite and the pto side seems to be leaner then the flywheel side.im at 340 on both so i was thinking about uping the pto side to 350,would that be normal?
  10. before i start tearing the intake boots off i have one question.could a stuck open reed cage be causing this problem?i did order a set of vforce 3 reeds but they havnt showed up yet
  11. just tryed it.does the same so it cant be the coil
  12. that could be the problem.it wouldnt start up until i got new plugs today.ill try and swap the plug wires and see what happens, thanks
  13. the thing that sux about making one is the town where i live doesnt have much of anything.but ill check around
  14. those are one of the tools ive been putting off to buy for far too long.think in order to save what i have in the motor id better buy one(leak down tester)
  15. got the ss fired up for the first time, the pto side pipe gets hotter then the other.last time it fryed that piston now it seems like its trying to do the same.im thinking there must be an airleak just on the one side?
  16. bought a N down shift drum from him.looks good
  17. bought a hotrods trued and welded stock stroke crank of this guy,it was as pictured and described, good seller
  18. pistons came as pictured.perfect,thanks
  19. what about a ported sup sleeve jug? fuck man the stockers are so puny compaired to a sup sleeve jug *edit oops, for the bang for the buck get a ported stocker lol
  20. just wondering what is better in performance and reliability and buying jets or jetting is always fun
  21. most bigbore inframes wont clear the superior sleeve jug, this set will
  22. @76mm pistons id say its a big bore
  23. yeah i guess it wont make a difference once they are covered in mud
