  5. i they are .50 bore the same as my jugs 200 + shipping
  6. i was told to use straight cut gears plus with my stock motor i took the fly wheel cover off and started the bike i could see the fly wheel move side to side so i figured it would be the better way to go. im really not sure how much hp my motor is putting out or if i even need straight cuts at all,might be over kill.but the last thing i want is the tz bearing to explode
  7. just seeing if i can get a deal going on some carbs. the ones im using right now require the fuel pump.i have it all hooked up but dont have any trust in em at all id prefere a set with the cables that way i dont have to go through the trouble looking for them Thanks
  8. damn thats loud mine in person sound like theres too much play between the gears.so it makes a grinding noise. im not going to monkey with it till my billet clutch cover comes in,ill post a video of the play in the gears too see what you guys think.
  9. the cushions in the clutch basket are new,the crank bearings are also new.i have the maxload and tz bearings.the straight cuts i have are used,i got em off FAST.i guess the last owner had the idler gear rub againts the big gear. if i buy new gears will it be quieter? its to the point where i dont want to be seen running the bike.tons of power just too noisey (embarrasing)

  13. got the ss fired up.damn i should of bought new straight cut gears.if it wasnt for the used ones i got the bike would sound great.think i might get a new set soon and proper carbs damn thing has tons of compression which i think all bikes should have.

  15. i realize this thread is old but heres my question i have 2 carbs that are off a sled and when they are hooked up to gravity feed they keep over flowing.if i hook up the fuel pump will that make it worse?

  20. im in the middle of nowere.this town doesnt even have belray gear saver let alone know what it is lol but there is alot of atv theft up here.i doubt mine was stolen
  21. the guy who i bought my banshee off of sand blasted the frame to take the original paint off and it also took the serial numbers off the frame. what is the size of letter/number punch set do i need? the cops are real pricks up here from what i hear.i really dont want them to take my banshee away to strip it down to nothing. ive spent too much for somthing like that to happen i have the papers with the serial numbers so i just need to restamp em in.and is it a good idea to move them to a different location on the frame?
  22. the bike was hard to start with 290's.its not that cold out i never take the bike out below -10c
  23. im in canada.the bike had stock pilot jets and when i changed them to 27.5 the bike ran alot better so im guessing another step up will do the trick. info in my stocker motor .050 bored,pro circuit platinums.boysen rad valves.air lid off its just a little boggy at the first lil bit of throttle after then it rips ive tryed rejetting to the point of retardedness.lol
  24. just wondering what is the next step up from 27.5 still a lil boggy at low end. ive tryed main jets from 230-290's and back down to 260's so i know my problem isnt in the main jets
  25. i know once i get this ss together and running its going to be on the back of my mind "are these main bearings gunna explode"
