  1. I dont think his HP is the issue here. Doubt the billet baskets are either
  2. You can do shift star mod yourself . All you're doing is grinding off the points, making the ends more rounded. I'm sure theres a youtube video on it
  3. Stock carbs with tors delete. No need for anything else on that build. Spend the $ on something thatll actually make a difference.
  4. I bet that paddle setup works well
  5. My dune port, 4mm with 170psi , +5 timing ,stock carbs only needed 30 pilots, 290 mains, Toomey needle in middle. At 1000ft- and sea level.
  6. 32.5-35 pilot, 320-340 main ?? Just curious why you think it needs that much fuel
  7. Pull carbs, clean thoroughly, get jet sizes, report back. Also, might check your stator and ohm it , make sure it's up to par
  8. #elitistbuildersoforegon
  9. But you got dat sweethome oregon powa
  10. Look into a stiffer spring for rear as well, itll help throughout all riding. Try a 15 front, and if it's too much , go up 1 at a time in rear. Tire pressure can make big difference as well , depending on sand conditions.
  11. More importantly, what's your weight, swingarm length, a-arm , suspension setup?
  12. Yup. My 75hp 4mm dune port stock arm bike loved 15/41 gearing and I was 225# with 20/10/10 8paddle haulers. Either way, if you're actually trying to "drag" that thing, those tires are not the ticket
  13. My uneducated hillbilly input, clean it all good, run it, keep eye on it for any leaks to determine if its crack or flaw. If it was a crack, wouldnt a leak down test show ?
  14. With those short tires, go to a 15 front imo.
  15. You're fine. But if you go to .30 over bore, might consider upgrading to 16staggered rippers, 84ro. For the increased HP
  16. These arent like stock carbs. Each carb has it's own choke circuit
  17. No. Just remove clutch cover
  18. Domes arent even that important brah
