  1. Which ever way you go, please don't buy the parts from ebay . Call a builder ( I prefer Redline Racing) and have them set everything up for you along with custom domes. That way you'll have a dependable ,well running engine. I'm sure shipping isn't cheap, so do it right the 1st time.
  2. Sometimes I wonder...how many people are such high level riders that they can exceed the performance of something along the lines if a fireball LT setup with good LT shocks on a stock banshee frame?...I mean are you guys REALLY that good or extreme of riders that a quality LT setup is insufficient?
  3. Yes. You can get them with or without crossover holes.I believe they are polyurethane.
  4. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/140912-Banshee-Bottom-End-Assembly-Walkthrough Here you go. Hope it helps.

  6. Link or linkless?
  7. Maybe he wants more adjustability.
  8. Not worth the gains ( if even measurable).
  9. If you are trying to only buy 1 set of tires, you might try playing with the gearing...and also air the tires way up...it'll help them get a little bit less traction.
  10. I have one in great shape for 20.00.
  11. Yep. If you're sure you're going to stay with a short swingarm, I'd definitely go with less paddles.
  12. Oh, it'll be a blast. You picked a great motor and builder. Just set some money back for a swing arm later. Haha
  13. The 4mm wouldn't need an aftermarket chassis. You'll definitely have more power than them, you just have to be able to get it all to the ground without flipping over. Haha
  14. No vibration. They just get a little more paddle contact into the sand, being that they are offset. Let's you hook out of the hole better.Unless you have large debris in your sand ( rocks, tree roots etc) I'd get SLS to save weight.
  15. Sounds like you should do good. I will also say a properly set up 4mm could take you, if his setup is right (he can launch hard and not wheelie) and your setup is off ( you can't launch hard without a bad wheelie).
  16. The tires you mentioned sound very similar to what I ran..except mine are staggered paddles. I like them.
  17. Yes. And not from the drivers seat. Haha. I'd do a +8 minimum if I were drag racing seriously. Of course it won't dune as good though. It's all about compromises. ..do you want to win drag races more or dune more?
  18. Ok. It's a 465 then. Nice motor.
  19. I ran 22x11x8 12paddle extremes. On both and liked them they were staggered though. They were also ultra lights. I think a +4 is going to be awful short with 100hp in the sand btw.
  20. You can't. .at least new OEM.
  21. This. Eliminate possible leak spots. Simplicity is better
  22. Provide detailed info about your engine.
