  1. Feeler gauge or business card.
  2. No pix with Jenna. .would not hit.
  3. Buy a matched set of cases only. Don't buy a top only.
  4. I wouldn't use an air impact to tighten the flywheel. Or you will be buying a crank. Lap the flywheel to the crank snout ,then install the nut with some loctite and an electric impact...unless you can turn that air impact way down..
  5. Almost as lame as someone who's yet to prove they even OWN a banshee. ..yet still posts on a banshee forum.
  6. When you get up into the fast builders..there's really no FASTEST ..it becomes a setup issue, not a power issue. So I'd HIGHLY recommend going with the builder that will provide you the best service. Some you can tell want your business. ..others act like they're doing you a favor. Service after the sale is important imo.
  7. Irregularities in the size of the part.
  8. No. It's just that the material is about half as thick as OEM . Plus the tolerances seem to be lax.
  9. When you call him I'd ask exactly what he wants to check out.
  10. That'd be your best bet. Definitely send your carbs and your electrical system. That way it can all be checked out at the same time.
  11. I'd send it to redline racing in Oregon. He keeps different pipes on hand and has a couple dynos. Plus he deals with people from CanadaLand.
  12. You should at least put out there what your building IMO. It's nothing weird or unconventional. Maybe not all the details ..but at least the CC. That way people won't think you're build some weird off the wall thing...plus it'll make for good conversations at the HQ ride. ...but that's just my opinion.
  13. Might as well get used to it...
  14. What if you NEED someone knowledgeable to read your posts? Think about it. You're going to need help along the way. ...Some of the more credible members on here will help you ...IF they can read what you type.
  15. Don't take this as starting a pissing contest. ..but who is producing 70+ TQ on a 500cc-ish ..on 100ll? Just curious. You can PM me if you'd rather.
  16. Check out rocky mountain atv for new OEM prices.
  17. Just buy a banshee shock. I have a black one for sale if interested.
  18. I've been running Klotz SuperTechniplate for many years on at least 8-9 different motors and can honestly say I've NEVER had a gummed up motor. They've always been spotless. Several times cleaner than maxima 927.
  19. No problem man. Most guys here use a CR85 radiator or a raptor radiator. Both can be bought for a lot less than a torchworks. ..but the torchworks are nice pieces.
  20. I understand what your saying..but it really doesn't matter what it started life as..A radiator is a radiator as long as it has enough capacity to do what you need. If you are looking for a drag radiator, long duration cooling capacity isn't a priority.
  21. That IS a radiator.
  22. Some of the street guys might have some tips to help you to deal with that. I know when I tried mine like that there was no hooking up with knobbies. ...but when I got to the sand I could tell better where my jetting was because I could load it more and get through a few more gears.
