you could hold the rear break real hard, and load it that way up in the air while running it through the gears. Make sure you have a fan going to blow air at your head so its like really riding the thing...... but make sure you video tape it so we can all watch sorry I had to good luck with the tuning but yea you need to ride it -

if your sand stars are doing good now how much more traction do you want? would'nt a 8 paddle hualer hook better than a 8 paddle sand star by a decent amount? if so a 10 paddle might be more than you want..

Imo selling your cyl for a few hundred, hen putting a few hundred on top to just get a serval would be a better option.. just by sleeving the cyl and dropping the ports will it ever run right cause the exhaust port roof will loose its shape and have a hard step going downward?? Maybe I'm looking at it wrong..

Deck the cyl and get domes made. Or you could mod your domes or I have a set of 26cc and 24cc domes that could be cut I would sell

If your cyl is shot I guess it might be worth it if its cheap enough.. east coast atv does this sometimes.. you could also play around with a different rod lenght to bring port timings where you need them if you need a crank as well. So you dont need a spacer plate.

As sleeper said check the plug caps or just trim the wires and put new ones on put 27.5 pilots with 260-280 mains in and richen the needles.. more than likely its more than just jetting if it was good before you messed with it. Or just put it back to where you had it
