  1. Lol sorry my big thumbs hit the wrong section , I was wondering why I couldn't find my first post about the wiring . I primarily use my iPhone for internettin on the HQ .
  2. 2000 Banshee , is the High Beam Yellow or Green? And I removed my key switch . Do I need to jumper any wires ? Or can it simply be unplugged and run without it?
  3. Is the high beam yellow or green? 2000 Banshee if that matters . Also I have removed my key switch . It's unplugged , do I have to jumper any of the terminals?
  4. I got the front end all together and the YFZ 450 shocks clear everything , my a arms I am sure are ASR +2+1 standard travel . The Shocks were a tight fit and at full extension the spring does touch the a arm where the heim is threaded into , but no binding at all . I got the shee back on her feet and ran the front suspension up and down and found no problems . I can't wait to carve some dunes and trails !
  5. LOLZ Thanks ! Yup Red us staying My rad grill is also red plus you can see the dog bone and link . I'm gonna do red PC on my front YFZ springs and have my rear shock revalved and get a red spring made for my 265 Arse . I like my paint scheme so eventually it will all be a powdercoat version of the same scheme .
  6. Finally Got the shee back to a rolling chassis !!!!!! Tell me what you think!!! Even if you think it sucks ... IDGAF!!!!
  7. Looking for a bracket for the coolant overflow bottle , I got rid of my stock airbox . LMK .
  8. Go talk to sicivicdude on www.blasterforum.com , he'll set you up on the right track .
  9. Hard to see in the pIcture but there is very minimal clearance , It has about a 1/4" of space .The other side is the same .
  10. What are those front shocks like? Any good? They are off eBay correct? A lot of people have been wondering about them , they are really inexpensive , but how's the quality ?
  11. I got the front suspension installed today , I have new ASR tie rod ends on the way so next week the shee will be back on her feet . The YFZ shocks are a tight fit but everything slid together nice .
  12. NICE!!!! All kinds of sickness going on there !!!!!!!
  13. Enjoy your bike dude , don't let these DB's bother you . Nice Work .

I about shit when I saw this ad!!!!!!!
  16. Yup , your axle is just sitting there , Mocking you
  17. Ok , so where does the left hand thread end mount to? Steering stem flag , or the spindle steering mount? And is it the same for both sides? I just ordered a new set and thought to myself , " hmmm so where do they go again .....?"
  18. The krylon fusion paint is great stuff . They have a blue called " Patriot " Blue that is damn near identical to Yamaha Blue . My old blaster had the shittiest plastics . The Original blue had been covered with : White , Yellow , Green , Red , Yellow and finally Black . It was a GD mess . Use plastic stripper , sanded from 180 to 2000 ( wet ) then used the fusion , and a flat clear and they looked Good !!! I'm using the Fusion matte black on my shee , it's almost done.
  19. I made a lot of progress this week end , My shocks came , I clearanced the upper shock mounts to get them to fit , Installed my +4 swinger , axle and brake caliper and bled the rear brake . This week I need to finish removing the powdercoat from the left lower a arm and paint/clearcoat it . And I need to order new tie rod ends and install them and it will be back to a rolling chassis!!!! Almost done !!! And it will be a Loooooooooooooooong time before I rebuild it again .
  20. The pivot bearings in my +4 also slide in and out with little effort . There is a lip on the inside of the swinger tube that prevents them from walking too far in . As long as the bearings don't have any slop , they will be fine .
  21. Here's the new shocks , yellow wasn't my 1st choice , I'll toss on some black covers .
  22. GITRDONE!!! Will do
  23. I see the pinned how to BUT the pictures aren't showing up . I got my shocks today and the upper mount looks like it needs to be ground down a little bit for the bolt to line up. I'm using +2 a arms so the lower mount isn't an issue . Anyone else need to grind some of the bottom Of the upper mount?
  24. I know the stud extension type aren't the most popular , Ive never had an issue with mine and they are the +5 ( 2.5" each side ) . I loctite them to the studs and then loctite the wheel nuts on as well . I've jumped on them , trail riding, street raced and never had an issue .
