  1. Found it , little light sanding and I got it , the touch up paint should be dry by the time I get up in the morning!
  2. I'll check left side by foot peg , but that's a solid back up plan
  3. I'm going to Oregon tomorrow and I need a new license sticker , I painted my frame awhile back so I don't want to strip a bunch looking for it , it's a 2000 , btw I can't find my title that's why I'm going this route
  4. That's what I was thinking , any reccomendations on a battery? How much run time is he getting on them?
  5. What do I have to modify to run these lights?http://i991.photobucket.com/albums/af36/blastardly/Eriks%20Pictures/Banshee%20Pictures/33F264F6-938D-4E0F-80AD-62E3C2FE1A9C.jpg
  6. I'll post up some pics tomorrow , i haven't been on the HQ in a long time , just getting back to it.
  7. Looks a lot better from the saddle in 3rd gear going down my street angering the HOA !!!!!!
  8. It was a gasket kit , can't remember the brand , the base gaskets are a fiber paper type. I used a copper spray on them , I'm thinking using yamabond would be better , now that I got the shed running good , I'd like to button it up and be proud to roll it out to the dunes again.
  9. Get a used set of yfz 450 fronts , I did and it's a huge difference over stock and they are affordable
  10. Odds are it's a reed/cylinder issue , or a bad plug that's grounding out , cracked insulator possibly
  11. The banshee coil sends spark to both plugs every time right? I think that's right , get some extra boots and plug wire and split the "working" side to both plugs
  12. I have a small base gasket leak , I've had it for awhile and It actually occurred after a top end rebuild. After I found it I retorqued the base nuts and still it leaks. I did the ghetto thing and cleaned it and put RTV black on it , but it still leaks. My question is can I just pull the cylinders , clean it up and install new gaskets plus yamabond on the surfaces ? Then reinstall? The bore is pretty new , barely a few hours of riding on a shitty 2:1 intake and 2:1 exhaust set up ( it plugged the spark arrestor at the dunes and I never had any power out of it. I imagine it would be fine to take it apart for the simple repair , but I'd hate to fuck it up if there's something I don't know about . I'll use all new gaskets of course , and is there a better base gasket to use for this issue?
  13. I've actually tried putting my slides in backwards , just to see if it is a mistake that can be made. I guess that mistake could be made but they just don't look right. You can tell plus the tech sheet / exploded view would pretty much tell the story plain as day. But if it's your first shee It is possible I suppose... Anyways a bit of advice don't piss these guys off , they know their shit and they keep scammers off the site to protect the good guys. I think you should lay low for awhile and be really respectful and exhaust your options before going psycho girlfriend poster with 15 pages again
  14. My buddy had accidentally put his slides in backwards and it ran like shit , I would imagine that if he's been fucking with it for this long , I'm sure the slides have been out a hundred times.... You would think he would have noticed or maybe even read the tech sheet from mikuni
  15. Diggin this one up from the dead lol , purple ice coolant does wonders
  16. What was nice is I used the stickied jetting guide from all the different members set ups , I found my set up and copied it. It's damn near spot on
  17. Looking for a 2 into 1 air filter set up.
  18. Stock carbs , 340 mains stock needle and height , 27.5 pilots. Has slight off idle bog . Air screws are 1.5 out. Idle doesn't hang. Any thoughts on curing the little bog? Otherwise it pulls hard .
  19. I'd just add a electric reverse kit , and some sweet Walking Dead Stickers
