Fresh top end whitish exhaust

And current exhaust is a motofast 2-1 pipe , so no way to isolate the cylinders exhaust wise , yeah I will be looking for some PT Mids ASAP !!!!! -
Just rebuilt the top end , I have a very minute coolant leak around the head on the left side externally , I'm working on getting my jetting correct but I have this stumble on the acceleration and the exhaust does look whitish , it's not blowing huge amounts of white . Idles good , 2-1 graydon with a uni pod and 33 PWK . If it was burning coolant a little bit , will it cause a stumble or hesitation when I give it throttle?

So I dropped to a 185 main and a 50 pilot , things seem much better and idles like a champ w/o blipping the throttle . I have a whitish exhaust , not billowy but noticeable and as it idled and warmed up it seems to get better too . The engine still doesn't seem to rev smooth , but it's better . Maybe I'll try the 180 main and pick up a 170 and a 175 . The leak around the head is minute , but still there . I am concerned coolant may be getting into the combustion chamber , will that cause erratic or stumbling acceleration? I originally was wrong , I had a 195 main and a 55 pilot to start with .

I'm running a graydon 2-1 with 33 PWK non air striker , just rebuilt the top end . Current jetting is a 50 pilot , 190 main and eek needle in the 4th clip down . Seems really rich and stumbles when you give it throttle . Air screw is out 3 turns , will idle . So it seems that maybe my pilot is too rich , and my main as well . My other issue is I have a couple small coolant leaks around the head , I'm thinking of changing the head gasket out and using permatex copper spray on the new gasket . I'm gonna use a borescope down each spark plug hole before I pull the head to see if there is any coolant in the cylinders , it's not smoking like it's burning coolant , just looks like rich exhaust . Any jetting advice on the 2-1 is appreciated .

66.5 is the biggest , you can have them resleeved , but it's sometimes cheaper to just find a good set of stockers. Resleeving and then porting to match the sleeves to your jugs can get spendy , Banshee's horsepower is measured in Cubic Dollars .

I have always done the same , break it in at what you will be running it , So I think I'll split the difference and break it in at 32:1 and I know that my starting point for jetting is a bit rich so I shouldn't be lean .

So I got my top end back and I'm gonna rebuild this week end , the shop sent a note back saying to break in the motor mixed at 24:1 , for the 1st 3 tank fulls . Is this ok to do because I plan on running 40:1 like I always have after break in . Any opinions ?

Ok , I've been with AT&T for fucking ever , I got on the unlimited plan back when it was first started and been on it ever since , flat rate , doesn't change and they don't even offer the bitch no more . So I get a text from AT&T this morning , you know one Of those autOmated we don't give a fuck enough to call you in person messages that says your data usage is over 3gb this month , if you exceed this in the upcoming billing cycle your data speeds will drop !!!!!! So fuck you AT&T and fuck all of your bullshit promises to loyal fucking customers that can't get calls in the fucking dunes because your coverage sucks . America is falling apart , a contract means NOTHING to anyone except the end user who will get fucked over by greedy fucking corporations being run by fat greedy bastards with microscopic dicks . For 40 bucks a month I could get virgin boost mobile with better god damn coverage and unlimited data with a air card for my computer . Shits gotta change !!!!!!! I know odds are I'll never notice shit about data speeds , but it's the fucking point that I made annagreement and have held up my end of the bargain . Simple right? Apparently for them it's a foreign concept . Take my shit auto insurance , I drive my truck like never , I have a company truck I drive to do my job , so my silverado sits in the garage all week and I put a few miles on it over the week end and a few trips to the dunes . BUT my damn insurance goes up like 8 bucks every 6 months because there is a increase in auto theft in my area , come look at my shit , it's in a locked garage , with the alarm on did I mention in a locked garage with only 1 door , that's fucking locked !!!!! And in 10 years , I've never had a car stolen out of the fucking locked garage !!!!!!!! So what does my 8 extra bucks get me ? Not a god damn thing except I get the run around when I need something from them . Here's a stellar example , mind you I had already been with them when I bought my new truck and I called my insurance co and the same bitchy girl answers the phone and I ask that they send a copy of my full policy to my bank and she I swear rolls her eyes over the phone and I say it needs to be the full policy , yes sir blah blah and conversation done . A week later my bank calls , we still need a copy of your ins policy , ok I call up and ask that they resend it , same attitude like it's gonna just cause this chick to die if she has to fax just one more thing . 2 weeks go by and I get a call from my bank , they say if you don't get us a copy of your policy by end of day we will add that mandatory 3000 bank insurance that you must pay for , so I freak the fuck out and call my shitty ins company , so I semi calmly ask why they had not sent my policy like I requested " we sent a cover letter , that's all they need " so I then ask her then why do they keep asking for the full policy and why are they going to charge you 3000 for insurance ? She said they don't charge us for insurance , I said well the 3k they are gonna add to my loan is gonna get forwarded to you because you didn't do what I asked . So she tells me that they don't send complete policy's only the corporate office does . And it could take up to 2 weeks . I told her can you pull up my policy page for page on the computer? Yes she says and can you print every page from your computer yes she says as snottily as my 11 year old can so I said unless you want me to talk to your boss , I suggest you print every page and fax or email or carrier pigeon that bitch to my bank in under an hour , if They don't have it , I'm coming personally to speak with you . Shits gotta change , Even the simplest things anymore drive you nuts ...

Thanks , I haven't picked it up yet , my bro is trading it for gas money and hauling his trailer to Dunefest plus 50 in cash . I'll wait to toss it on after I get back .

I scored a brand new never out of the box TT Vapor , just wondering how many beers does it take to install? Any tips or anything ? I guess I have to buy the inductive wire to read RPM , what hose do you connect the temperature sensor to? I'll look at the TT web site , just looking for install tips .

Throttle Slide sticking open inside carb

Stock carb slides aren't interchangeable , there is a specific right and left and it won't work right or run right if they get swapped . Pull the slides out and yeah clean them really well , do you have the TORS delete installed? Did you pull out the idle screw and see If there's any burrs left behind from the threading ? -
What are your options? Can you get a part time job? Can you cut back on anything else? It's been my experience in life when you sell something like this , the money goes fast and you have zero to show for it in the end . It's like putting a band aid on a gun shot wound . I remember how hard it was when I left my old job to start the apprenticeship to become a gas pipeline fitter . I took a huge Pay cut , I had to quit driving and get up at 4:30 am everyday to take 2 buses and a train to get to work , I shut off the cable , phone , and yep the power got shut off a few times and we dealt with it . I have a wife and a daughter and It was difficult and yeah I sold some things I wished I hadn't and All we did was scrape by for a good 2 and a half to 3 years but things got better and they will get better for you to . But YOU gotta make that happen , don't wait for shit to fall in your lap . Good luck

Best mods for drag racing+ trail riding

Drag Racing and Trail Riding can't get farther apart on the performance spectrum , IF i wanted a drag bike ( which I don't ) I'd find a lighter frame like a Blaster and stuff a Banshee motor in it , then save the Banshee for Duning and Trails . -
I second that , just strip it down and start with the frame . Repair any stripped threads , clean it , PC it and start putting it back together . What you will pay for a roller will equal what the PC will cost you . And odds are you won't like what your roller looks like either .

You could , never thought of that , I went to a fabric store and bought about 14 feet of 1" nylon webbing ( same stuff ) and laid it out in the pattern in the nerf bar , then I used a clear drying fabric glue and clothes pins to clamp the crossings and after it dried , I removed them and I was lucky that my buddies wife sewed them with heavy duty nylon thread on her machine . I think total cost was 10 bucks and a few hours of my time . Theres some pictures in my " Murdered Out Banshee " thread in Banshee Appearance section

Top , Bottom or both? They can really only go on 1 way . Heres my suggestion , install the bottom arms , shocks and hubs , then you have a 50% chance of getting the top arm right on the 1st try , and a 100% chance on the 2nd try . Give it a go skippy !!!!!!
