  1. This guy has a valid point ..... I sold a quad on CL , I had 1 happy buyer and 40 people wanting me dead because they thought they should have been 1st . CL is just a retarded place to do business on .
  2. With dunefest on the horizon and lots of night riding there , I whipped up this little project last night . Check em out ! The lights are LED , each uses 3 AAA batteries and they are removeable . The mounts are attached to The Helmet with the same 3M tape that gopro camera mounts use .
  3. Roost his ass and piss on his seat ... My riding buddy has a brand new YFZ 450 , piped and chipped , power commander and it won't get even close to 140 mph . Make a fool out of this 4 poker and laugh in his face .
  4. Keep your beer cold and your ammo dry !
  5. Propeg Nerfs!!!! And a I love strippers sticker
  6. X2 on the krylon fusion , I painted my blasty's plastics with it and they turned out great . If you like the Yamaha blue , get the fusion Patriot Blue , it's a really close color match .
  7. File a claim with both of them . Can't hurt to explore all of your options.
  8. I just did this as well . My wiring harness is Like frankensteins monster , I'd really like to just make a new harness that eliminates all the bs and looks clean . It looks pretty simple , and having the factory plugs will help . Anyone done their own rebuild on the harness? Any pitfalls ( Atari baby!!!!! ) to look out for?
  9. Well I do have an exhaust already , it's not the MOST preferred or recommended set up here at BHQ , but I'll see how it runs and determine if I want something else .
  10. Those are my brand nizzle paddles from Rocky Mountain , They were inexpensive and they have good reviews , If I get 2-3 years out of them at the dunes the 60 bucks I paid for the set will be well worth it .
  11. I can't figure out how to make the image smaller , photobucket made their photo editor complicated so guys like me that type with their knuckles are screwed
  12. Mine grabs its tether switch and demands to go play outside ......
  13. I spent a day walking in my new boots when I bought them , that helped with the overall flexibility of them , I also moved my shifter up 2 notches and it seemed to be the sweet spot.
  14. Hmmmmm what's yours?
  15. You can swing by , have a beer and count up what I've replaced and do the math if you like . Doors always open !
  16. You may also want to ditch the boost bottle , they tend to crack intakes and that leads to air leaks and a rebuild . X2 on the pilot advice .
  17. Yes I did , I used the work account , I couldn't even fathom a guess as to how much the Utility purchases from them , but I make use of the account ( but pay cash ) . For reference , the 8 SS Socket cap screws for my intake today ran me a grand total of $3.51 , I didn't save the receipt for my case cover screws cost the most , bother sides was almost $10.00 . The 5 screws for the thumb throttle and front master cylinder was 1.74 ( I just bought those a few days ago ) .
  18. Asswipe has a nice install on that . I ditched mine and in fact I ordered up a momentary kill switch to replace the stock one and I've just wired my lights to be on all the time . The switch will also clean up the bars too .
  19. I have replaced 90% of my bolts a little here and a little there over the past few months . I do get a nice discount at wholesaler and they carry everything needed minus those specialty suspension pieces . I have swapped over everything to SS Socket cap screws and it does clean things up so nice . Now that I'm done I wish I had went with a kit BUT , for everything I am into it for under $25.00 and since I would go on my lunch break at work It didn't cost me gas money running back and forth . Overall for me it saved cash . Tacoma Screw Products ( plug ) is where I go , they could even make the custom bolt in their shop , but not really necessary unless you are going for 100% Show and shine .
  20. I run my pod in the snow , I jet up for winter by one size . It's a UNI though but still never have any problems .
  21. Thanks LMK price is right , I can always zip tie the excess .
  22. I'm going to be re-assembling my motor soon , I have done the same on my blaster using the high temp copper rtv for the intake components , as said I didn't see a need to put any on the boot itself for the carb . Is it ok to put a thin film of it on the base gaskets on a shee? And how about the head gasket? Is there a best choice head gasket to use ? My blaster used a copper head gasket , What would be my best bet option to seal the head and avoid coolant leaks ?
  23. How much for the outerwears? I have a UNI pod filter it's 4" in diameter and 6" long , will it fit ? Zip is 98403
