  3. no, you have to split cases and remove crank putt seals on and drop it back in boom you are doneseal it with some durabond and slap it back together. i would replace all seals while you have it all apart
  4. i know you might not have the money but a $300us port job is worth every buck when you feel the difference
  5. rebiuld top and bottom end and new seals and make it the way you want it and have fun!!!!!
  6. t.o.r.s. is the biggest piece of junk on your shee throw them far away and get the eliminator kit.
  7. have you checked the wireing harness with a contenuity tester might have a nick in it. and why do you have cpi inframes on a stock cylinder jugs doesnt make sence to me.
  8. just bore it to the next size and get a piston kit and gaskets cheapest way to go.
  9. my friend has the 525 outlaw and i have 20 over super stock pistons and a jet kit and a open air box and i will beat him if he gets the jump we will run side by side until 6th gear then i pull alittle on him they are very torque bikes on the low end not the top end you will win keep us posted.
  10. you let it warm up then shut it down and let it cool of then ride it around a little bit no more than 1/8th throttle then let it cool down next time ride it alittle harder so on and so on 10 hours later change your oil and look for magnetic metal .
  11. first thing first you fucked it up go to the doctor.second don't hit the eject button unless you really reaaly have to only if you are going to get hurt.
  12. i udjusted my rear end and chain slack and then forgot to tighten the carrier bolts didn't take long to notice that mistake haha.
  13. i use castor 927 and castrol 10w30 for the tranny works great for me i got 4 years out of my top end.

  18. i disagree with get a 450 for the trails i have a 2005 banshee and u bring any 450 to the trail and i'll kick it's ass all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. you should get a pipe kit it coms with evary thinyou need pipes air box filer jets and some kit even come with reeds well there u go u do with as u please
  20. sound like you're clutch basket has some groves in it where you put the clutches you might be able to file it if it aint that bad or you might have to replace it

I PUT MINE BEHIND THE LEFT FENDER JUST TAKE OFF PLASTIC REMOVE GAS TANK TAKE SWITCH OUT WITH GAS TANK OUT THERE WILL BE THAT PEACE OF PLASTIC THAT CONNECTS TO THE FRONT PLASTIC RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU'RE KNEE IF YOU WHERE SITTING ON IT DRILL A HOLE PUT A WASHER AROUND OUTSIDE OF SWITCH AND PUT NUT ON SWITCH THAT HELD IT ON THE STOCK PLASTIC LOCATION AND YOU'RE DONE .
  22. i would say check ground. if you have a good ground check t.o.r.s you can do that by unplugging it its above the left spark plug if it starts you need a T.O.R.S. ELIMINATOS KIT.PUT NEW PLUGS IN IT GAP SHOULD BE 30-32 BR8ES OR BR9ES IF STILL NO POWER TRY TO SINK CARBS IF STILL NO POWER DO A LEAK DOWN TEST AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.
