  3. 252 was tapeing lots of races but i figured he might forget to post this one of him in the right lane on the red banshee against me,lmao
  4. Surfrjag and wheelieking252 were both there and we all had a blast. Absolutely no rain the entire weekend and really mild temps for the end of june, could not of been a better weekend for rideing. Anytime its 20-30% chance of rain it only means during high humidity it might briefly storm at the end of the day and it might not.
  5. I will be there again. 252 are you going friday or saturday?? Yea we can race again, mine is running better but i need a track to get it jetted just right. I am running a little rich but need a good open area to tune it. I got tons of power on top now but i still need to play with jetting. Not sure if i will go friday after work and again saturday. I got a few friends who are comeing this time so it should be a great time.
  6. I will be there for sure as well as some folks i know from NC with some wild Horsepower. Those of you with the 10 mil motors beware!!! Should be a great time unless it gets totally washed out. If you think your fast make sure you bring your wallet to back yourself up because bets are encouraged,lol. I have raced enough times to know there is allways someone with a fatter wallet that will spank dat ass!!
  7. I dropped my main to a 160 and the top cleared out and runs mean but now i have an off idle bog that i assume the pilot is to fat as well,,jetting is a mo fo as well as expensive. I have to order some pilots and mains and pull carbs for the 15th time and see where i am at on pilots.

Compression is fine @ 150 both sides, havent bought a leakdown tester for the banshee and i know you never know but i have had several 2 strokes and this really aint acting like a leak in my opinion. I really need to know where my mains need to be, although tomorrow i will lower dramatically and see if it makes a diferance.
  9. Ok my motor is a 4mil with portwork and 33mmPWK's. I bought this thing running bad and today i swapped coil,stator and cdi trying to figure out why this thing will not run without sputtering on top. When i bought it it had 200 mains in it and i was wondering if 200 is to large?? I cant seem to get it running right to do an accurate plug read. I am at 215 mains now and that didnt help. Whats the lowest mains i should use to try and get this thing running right. It bogs if you hammer the throttle as well as stumbles at WOT. I pretty much think i have the electrical ruled out. Reeds are in great shape as well. Would 160 or 170 mains be to small? I also made sure the floats were ok. I guess what i am asking is what size mains should i be running? ^ hours of swapping parts today and still running like dog shit and i am desperate to get it right. I really think the previous owner could not get it right and sold it.

  11. Yea nice meeting you as well 252. I went home and rejetted and tried it again and it still wouldnt run above 1/2 throttle so i tore the whole intakes off and carbs and i might have found my problem. Both intake sides had cracks in the rubber and i was probably sucking huge amounts of air which most likely caused my bike to run like crap. Trying to call F.A.S.T. now and order a new intake and a few other goodies. That guy wasnt drunk but severly mentally screwed up, lol Hopefully we can meet up again in the near future. I do know one thing when i tore the carbs off the port work on the intake side looked awsome and all i know is it was done in california. I will snap a pic before i reassemble. Once again i really enjoyed meeting your crew and hopefully we can do it again on a race night.

  13. I want a good quality intake for my pwk 33's running v force 2 reed cage. I dont care what it costs but i want the best. Any links to what anyone recomends or any help will be appreciated.
  14. Weather is freakin awsome today at busco beach but i understand the reason why not driving so far away. I left early because my banshee was running terrible, it would only run good at half throttle. I changed plugs and it looks rich so i guess i will try and get it right for next time. I am hopeing if i drop 2 sizes on main it will straighten out. I dont even know what jets are in there but i will know in the morning when it cools down some.
  15. I would bring fuel if your running cam2. The only fuel i know thats around here is rocket fuel brand 110 raceing fuel which i been running and its about 30 min drive from busco. There is a few places closer but i would not trust there fuel in my ride. I like the rocket brand fuel but its a ride to get it. Another words i would bring an extra can unless you want to make a trip to get some.
