I have my cases split & all my internal parts out. I was wondering if you guys could tell me the chemicals or cleaning solvents you use to clean your cases? Or some ideas on a solvent thats known for cleaning the cases pretty good. Thanks in advance.

Don't worry it's nothing if it runs anything like the predator 500 I raced using my cousin trx450r. I beat a predator 500 with my cousin trx450r & we raced on the road. I beat him badly out the hole & he had to get in my draft to pull back up on me. Once he got beside me they was like neck & neck but the 500 was inching ahead until my cousin trx450r silencer blew off. My point is that I used to smoke my cousin trx450r out the hole & on top side with my shee before I got it ported. All I had done at the time was Pro Circuit pipes & 304 silencers & jetted.

What jet do you have in there for glamis? What the temp @ 6500ft-7300ft.

It won't hurt to start at 280 but IMO that's to rich.....he's at 2000ft above sea level....I would say 260's.

IMO....it won't hurt to go up a size on the pilot jet in the winter & re adjust your air/fuel screw.

We need more info. to help you with the jetting. Temp, elevation, mods & current jetting. Just unplug it & buy the tors removal kit. Hit one of the site sponsors up & they can get you what ever you need relating to your banshee.

Leave the air/fuel screw 1 turn out with the 52 pilots, put the needle clip in the middle will riching the 1/4 - 3/4 throttle & see what you get from there. Hope this helps.
