He gave me the idea of my set-up & it transformed my shee in something nice....I mean nice.. Looking forward to meeting you & your crew too......yes bring more people....the more the better.....it's water front riding but the beach is actually a really big lake with a river around it. Go on you tube & type in BUSCO BEACH there are alot of really nice videos of the place up there.

Thanks everyone...... Im going to look at it tommorrow & see what it is.

I hope so cause it was fine when the bolt was tight now it's kind of loose & im having this little play back & forth. Another thing, I was researching & I found that if I don't use the G-Force axle wrench made for the 3 piece bolt that it will work it way loose, if not torqued properly. I use a pair of big channel lock pliers & didn't torque it to spec. could that be the reason the sprocket hub is moving back & forth, (not left to right)? when I slid the sprocket hub on before the 3 piece bolt was install it fit tight in the splindes.

As stated before you won't be dissapointed with Kevin's porting at all. I hesitated for the longest on porting & tried my best to get the most HP out of my shee with bolt ons. Porting really wakes your shee up man. I wish I had been got the porting done. Any site sponsor will get you alot faster than what you are now. Just tell them what kind of riding you mostly do & they will hook you up. I smoke yzf/trx/kfx/lt-r 450's, raptors, some banshee's, 250r's, predators, outlaws, 450r dirt bikes all day long after kevin gave me this nice ass stoke stroke set-up. I put my GARMIN GPS in my pocket & it clocked me @ 93 mph & I didn't hold the throttle wide open for a long time in 6th gear.

Thanks Big Red...I figured the same thing but didn't wont it to be true. It didn't do that with my stock axle. So it's a big chance that it might be the splines on my axle cause the sprocket hub & brake hub is doing the same thing. GOD....Please don't let it be my axle......

What up BHQ fam? I have a problem but wanted some opinions on what could have cause this to happen. My sprocket & brake hub have a little play in them (back & forth) before turning at the same time my axle turn & the locknut have a little play (back & forth) but doesn't fully turn. Im thinking the splines could be worn a little from the way the hubs move. (hope not). When I first install the hubs on the axle everything was tight. When the axle turn the sprocket & brake hub turned at the same exact time (no play at all). Now im hoping I just need to re-torque my locknut & everything is safe. If I roll my shee backwards & put it in 1st gear the sprocket hub shifts forward a little then locks so it can then turn my axle. BHQ fam help me out...this shee is going to stress me the FUCK OUT....it always need something.

Keihin are easy to tune & better to me....JMO...All I have to compare is my stockers vs my 34 PJ's & the PJ's was 50% lighter, bigger, better throttle response & more top end.

C-mon man I know you can do both.....it only take a few seconds to win or lose. I live like 1.5 hrs from you so it should take you like 2.5 or 3 hrs. to get to busco from your house. JMO

I don't have a mix cup & would not buy one over a baby bottle. A baby bottle is all I ever used & works perfect. I treat my shee like a new born baby, you have to feed her buy the ounces....lol....what is a better measurment than a baby bottle to feed by the ounces..... $1 baby bottle vs $10 mix cup.

What size carb do these filters fit?

$200 a weekend is 4 weekends at busco....busco camping is free & it only $5 per person & $10 per bike. I still would like to try Hatfield McCoy out though.

yes, you have a leak if you lose any of the 6 psi. but if you don't lose more than 1psi. in 6 min. your motor is acceptable. I wouldn't even do a leak down test over nite. like stated above check your tester. Use some dish detergent & water in a spray bottle & spray the soapy water in all the areas that could leak. If there's a leak you would see bubbles. I really wouldn't worry about a leak if your motor held 6 psi for 6 min. & only loss 1 psi. Your OK put that motor together & come ride with us @ busco beach NC on May 13th-15th.....

Your motor passed the leak down test, I was told it was suppose to hold 6 psi. for 6 min. & if you lose 1 psi in 6 mins it's acceptable. So its ok to lose 1 psi in 10 min. but anything more than a loss of 1 psi. isn't acceptable. If it was my motor i would go ahead & put it all back together.

X2....& you should never try to race somebody & expect to win with an engine that needs to be refreshed.

Update on my riders.....I have 18 guys bringing there 4 wheelers to BUSCO for the BHQ ride & im still gathering more people!.........

I used the U4.4 on my old stock motor & yes it make a big difference from using pump 93 but I dont know compare to 110 or cam 2.
