  1. Thanks for the help guys. I'm going to try it both ways & still buy a good used inner cltch hub for back up. The driveline dune/trail clutch kits are most def. worth every penny. I installed that clutch kit with only 5 tusk springs, cause one the bolts broke off in the inner clutch hub. It still pulls hard without slipping at all. I can't wait to get my new hub & install 3 driveline springs & 3 tusk springs.
  2. I need some advice in how to remove broken pressure plate bolt from inner clutch hub. I over tighten the clutch pressure plate bolt & it broke off in the inner clutch hub. Thanks in advance.
  3. As stated in title, im looking to buy a good used inner clutch hub. Thanks in advance
  4. I have some ITP XCT 22x11x10 on ITP SS Alloy Sport Wheels in good condition. They have about 75% treads on the rear tires. One of the center caps is missing. You can purchase the cap fro RMATV. I will take the front worn out pirelli's off before shipping them, unless you choose otherwise. Im asking $165 + shipping & paypal fees OBO.
  5. After all the hard work you done to to this shee....Why are you selling it?
  6. X2 on that......Im going to build a 4mil serval soon & I want to know which pipe performs the best with V-Force 2 reeds & 34 PJ's!
  7. What up man? I just seen your post....The smallest main you should buy is a 158 & largest is a 165. (158,160,162,165). You will need them! Your pilot jet should be around a 48 & 50 or 52 is the largest. I had the same problem with my shee, off idle bog. Pull the choke up & tap the throttle lightly, if it clears up go 1 pilot jet size larger.Start with the 48 pilot 7 work your way up to the 52 pilot. Im pretty sure that you would dail in at 52 pilots & 158 mains. Every 20* temp change rejett your mains. The hotter it gets, the smaller the main jet. The colder it gets, the larger the main jet. Don't go less than a 158. A 158 is safe & you will not be to lean. I figured your jetting should be in this area because we have about the same set-up.
  8. Gnarley pipes are mostly used for trail ports not drag ports. I would change my exhaust to a mid to topend pipe or drag pipe. You might get better performance out of the motor & make it easier to tune. JMHO.
  9. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME BUILD A DRAG MOTOR PLEASE.....i HATE TO MAKE YOU TEAR YOUR 10MIL MOTOR DOWN & SPEND MORE MONEY TO BEAT A HJR 7MIL (MAYBE HJR 4MIL).....

I will sell you mines.....A pic of them on my shee is in my about me section on my profile.
  11. Let me add my 2cents.....Kevin is a straight up dude & don't tell you what you want to hear, but give you the HONEST TO GOD TRUTH!.I called Kevin & told him I wanted to make my shee FLY, but im on a BUDGET....lol....He asked me what kind of riding I mostly done & what are my mods from stock.....To make a long story short I had FMF Gnarley's at first & he recommended shearers for the type of riding that I did, but I couldn't afford a new set of shearers at the time. So he told me that T-5's would be the best pipe for my set-up in my budget. All I can say is that Kevin knows his shit when it comes to Banshee's & he has me as an HJR customer for life. Thanks for making my atv the QUICKEST in my neighborhood......BIG UPS TO KEVIN @ HJR.
  12. I run the V_Force 2's & love them. I ran them on three different set-ups without any problems. If you use loctite & torque the screws good you shouldn't have any problems. I think V_Force 3's are just good for peace of mind, knowing that there are not any screws on them to damage your engine. If you don't install whatever you are building correctly it will eventually fail. My choice V-Force 2 all the way.
  13. But my shee & my cousin's shee does it around the same time when we ride with the 4strokes......I can blow easily threw the vent tube,so I know it isn't clogged. but that could be the problem....I need a tusk red gas cap anyway to make the shee look even better......
  14. Everytime I ride my shee for a long time it starts to bubble gas back up through the vent tube. I think it comes from when my engine gets hot, it makes the tank swell & the pressure builds up inside the tank so the pressure has to escape somehow. I could be wrong but that's what it seems like to me. It only does it when I ride it hard as hell around the track after it's really hot. If I let it sit for a while & cool down it don't do it nomore until the engine get's very hot again. Can someone explain to me why this is happening & how to prevent this from happening again. Thanks in advance.
  15. How much would you sell the CPI's for?

  17. You need a 10 mil to beat me....... But I will try you anyway & the outcome might fall in my favor since you can't ride
