  9. or just let this guy butt in..........
  10. where are you located?
  11. cant really go wrong for 30 something bucks can you?
  12. prices would have been awesome! how much for a set of arms, tie rods and spindles?
  13. reading comprehension ownes you so i will retype in kindergarten words for you..... it is pointless to buy a cool head if all you want is more compression. have your stock head cut.... why would you pay 200+ dollars for a head that will leak, blow O-rings, and no added cooling properties when you can spend 35 bucks for machine work? if you never have plans on going all out why waste the money? i paid 80 bucks to have a stock head machined for a 421 cub.......... no leaks no wasted money on something i didn't need etc..... your statement was ignorant and now you reaching for why "everyone" should buy a aftermarket head. all these company's did was make it so that dumbasses could change/ run different setups. wtf do you think ppl did in 87 when they ran different setups? or any 2 stroke for that matter? lol it's whatever it just burns me when ppl make retarded statements like " it's pointless to run a stock head"
  14. link doesn't work
  15. the factory says to do a lot of thing....lol you can reuse them as long as they were not stretched when you took them off.
  16. he's trying to hard.......
  17. really? hmm i guess since i only use the clutch to take off i don't have that issue, plus i work with my hands all day so a little ole clutch pull is nothing. i wouldn't go hydrolic. the release time on most applications is slow compared to cables therefor allowing the clutch to slip every time you release it.
  18. this is by far one of the most ignorant comments i have ever seen here....... you saying " the only reason i could see" lets me know you have done 0 research. if you are not looking for a head that has removable domes the stock head is better. A. ask a builder how much cooler a bike runs with a "cool head" he will say it don't B. ask around rather a stock style head gasket leaks, etc they will tell you O-rings are a pain and you have to silicone the nuts, or run capped nut. the only reason i could see someone with a stock bike (not that interested in going all out) buying a cool head "style" is to look cool. which sounds like to me this might fit the reason you got one. a lot of bs to deal with just for a few lbs of compression and a lot of money. 35 bucks to have a stock head milled. wtf do you think they did before someone come up with the cool heads? yeah
  19. must be pretty low voltage i would assume..
  20. that is a inline fuel pump
  21. oh ok i got ya. no the plug cap makes contact on the sides of the piece that screws off, so no it will not effect anything.
