just leave the tors box unpluged. it wont effect how the carbs work at all. take the cylinders to a shop that can bore them and let them determine what overbore it needs. if you guess you may be out the cost of the piston kit. and on the ket note, why do you want one? if it's for theft reasons don't waste your time. the key will only keep honest theifs from stealing it. just soldier the wires together and heat shrink them.

well yes and no..... i run toomey silencers and stingers on my fmf fatty's so i would assume that it would go the other way. they might even fit more than fmf and toomey's

i do almost the same, but instead of doing the slack method i take a tiedown and run it from the grab bar to the carrier. sit on the rear while strapping the bike suspension as far as you can. udjust the chain until there is 0 slack and then tighten it all down.

if you wasn't so far away i would polish the blueing out for you. it would cost to much for round trip shipping. see if you can find a polish shop near you.

no the bearings are sealed in the carrier and there is no reason to grease it. wipe a little grease on the inside and outside of the sleeve to keep it from rusting. stay out of deep water and don't get close to the carrier with a pressure washer and you won't have problems.

stock head 0 pitting. 100 bucks shipped FMF powercore 2's one has hit the rear brake caliper, but really cant be seen when mounted. 50 buck plus (actual shipping rate) never shipped silencers with stingers so i don't want to quote it.
