    WTB clutch cover

needs to be in excellent condition as far as the aluminum goes (paint condition doesn't matter) as long as the mounting surface is good and no damage to the cover from brake lever, kick starter etc. i polish these things, so if it's a cover you wouldn't buy then please don't sell it to me. not wanting to spend much. will also consider modded lockup covers if the price is right. pm me with details thanks
  2. 113 if i remember correctly on the port. low even compared to stock cylinders builder here stated "i don't know what they were thinking setting it that low" "even the stock cylinders are higher than that"
  3. why are you bumping 2s's thread? and he needs to respond to my pm!
  4. ebay has pic's go look at those. these are for sale not for look. lol
  5. 150 shipped, or make offer
  6. i will have a polished one (un cut) but can have it cut as well. may finish polishing it tomorrow.
  7. A+ seller... tim i need parts delivered, i swear i am close! lol
  8. replace the bearing in the frame and grease the top plastic piece at the top of the stem
  9. yes the hold down is the only thing holding it in. make sure the lever is clocked right, make sure the cable is fastened on the case right, make sure the outer hub is seated properly and the adjuster screw is set right. nothing else could be wrong with it if all that is right and the rod and bearing is in place and the arm moves when you pull the lever.
  10. bore and stroke has nothing to do with bog....... stroke in most cases is the better way to go.
  11. if the ball is gone the clutch rod will never touch the outer hub bolt.
  12. did you leave the ball bearing out?
  13. stock...... if the springs are loose it's time to buy new one's they are 6 buck at the dealer.
  14. what is the rolling eye's for? did i ever mention free?
  15. lmao i will leave this one alone.....
  16. did you check to see if it had gas? sounds like a lean rev from running out of fuel.
  17. yeah i will be in dallas that week!
  18. no was a lot easier lol
  19. i'd go with 5. i never had dependability issues, fuel consumption was minimal for the power output, my trans was brand new so i had no issues, but our other bike which was a old bike didn't like high rev shifts, i dunned my bike and trialed it with no issues.
  20. as quick as it's getting hot i would say no water is moving. just check the pump and gear and post back when you find out rather it's broke, or not.
  21. the waterpump has probably fell apart due to years of use and no coolant changes.
