i was thinking about it and maybe the mounting bracket on the carrier is what the shims come with, maybe? idk? i just know the caliper sets about 1/2-3/4" away from the bracket when sitting on the rotor.

is there aluminum, or steel shims the go on the brake caliper mounting bracket? if so is fireball the only place to get them? maybe someone has this setup and can either point me in the right direction, or give me spec's on theirs so i can find some locally. thanks!

i have a stock crank, stock trans, perfect cases bottom end that i just went through and installed new seals on. everything felt tight. i have most of the clutch parts, kicker gear etc but i don't have enough to make a complete ready to go bottom end. also have a few other parts laying around. i want to pick up a set of marvin shaw comp shocks for the front of my shee. stock height, or maybe even a little shorter. let me know if we can work something out. also needing a set of haulers. at least 10 paddle, or more. tires only, or rims and tires.

cough cough. when you horse trade like i did you can build cheaper than you could buy. for instance i just built a 421 cub for 700 bucks out of my own hard earned money and wouldn't have been that much if i wasn't so impatient....

yeah the aluminum pedals are not so easy. not to mention bulky. i am almost thinking about bending a stock one and sending it off for chrome.

i have the same pegs, pedal and i had to drop the pedal down and shave it. i almost have 0 pedal and the rear brakes barely work click the pic

oh yeah forgot to mention. stock head studs.....

need 10 in excellent shape. don't want to spend a ton, or i would buy new one's. free is even better lol let me know.
