the 2 wsm cranks ive had in my hands were directly from wsm not tdr, so i cant comment on tdr, but the the ones from wsm were welded (if you could call it that) after the bearings were on the cranks. two little tac welds on each pin and if you rotate the bearings you can see the witness marks were they had welded the pin after installing bearings.

if these carbs were on a snowmobile theres no way they could be gravity fed.
quite a few of us in the shout box told you these were pumpers.
im not sure you know what we were talking about by removing the seat, you can press or beat them out but they are not meant to me removed.

32:1 use klotz super techniplate oil, ive never used a case saver but they wont hurt anything, distilled water and or 50/50 anti freeze, depends on mods and carb setup. pm me since ur local with some of the finer details.

you dont bore a cub cylinder you have it nikasil plated, it will aways be 68mm. you send the cyilnder off to millenium technologies 1404 Pilgrim Road • Plymouth WI 53073
phone: 920-893-5595. they replate the cylinder and send it back to looking brand new, get new set of 68mm pistons and your done.
edit: wiseco 573mo6800 is the piston part number you need
the hemi head II will accept noss,modquad, pro design,chariot
the older orignal two piece hemi heads had 2 tabs to lock the dome in position, grinding one of those tabs off the head allows the same domes to be used.
