ive always only used just a small flat head screw driver to install them, start both ends then work the rest in with the screw driver.

perma tex 518 anarobic sealer, wont harden up until the cases and tightend together, mates the surraces tighter then 1211 and yambond style sealers. in my own experience with it ive never had an airleak or even done a leak down test.

imo 160psi is too high for 93, 100 octane or so is what i would run also .42 squish, i assume you meant .042.... .042 is tight on stock stroke, stock bored motor let alone a 4mm with 72mm+ bore. like the others, detonation is the culprit.

if its at millenium then it could be checked for the top deck being true, the cylinders can warp from too much deto. allowing your domes never to seal properly. then again it could be just a simple strip, plate and diamond hone.

first a little info on what the mash bash is: Mash Bash is nothing more then a weekend party in the thumb of Michigan, so its not any huge event its at a buddy of mines property in croswell michigan. This is like the 11th year for the party. Its the first weekend of august which is the 5 6 7 this year. Its on a peice of property alittle smaller then 100 acres. Very atv/dirt-bike friendly. There is usually a pig roast or beef quarters, etc. bbq'in,horse show tourny, bomb fire(that a truck could fit in easily), and fireworks.
