GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SALES HERE. you shouldnt have a problem at all unloading them here...... im actually tiggin together a 3/4 chassis 25.2 spec chassis acura integra.. making it rwd with some 32x14 hoosiers out back... it will be powered by a 2jz single turbo.... hoping to go down into the 7.60 zone atleast.......once again amazin work......... your a great welder and have my vote any day of the week........
  5. tap hole to next size and use a bigger bolt....simple...grease tge tap so the shavings stik to grease
  6. I'm 250 lbs and the serval was the best thing I did....i don't why alot of people having problems..mines screams like a cub on the top end and had all the low and mid every builder bragd about.....look into the serval I have 35pwks v3 421serval with shears I love it..hauls ass
  7. im in the same boat as u but i have 35 pwks shearers v3s . im running a 165 and it seems a bit rich on top.. i have a 162 im thinking lof trying tommorow.. im also thinking of trying some 30mm carbs also.
  8. check ur carbs,,,,check ur reeeds,,,, check ur compression,,,,make sure no clog jets
  9. i would only grease where the crank would ride on the seal... thats what i dop.. no problems yet.. however on my serval build i yamabond base gaskets and water plugs.......to each is own
  10. detonation is killing all ur motors.. and yes detonation does fuck upo bearings if u didnt know.....looks pretty bad i thought mine was bad..maybe u put a degree key in backards maybe its at +10 lol who knows more info man would help everyopne else and u......
  11. my best advice for u being that its ur first time get urself a clymers manual.... read it about 20 times so u have all the info in ur head...and like he said treat it like heart surgery.. i clean everything with brake cleaner never had a problem.. make sure when u seal them cases up u have a nice even layer sticking out of the cases all around.... very important........ ive never removed a stud from the cases in my life u skhould be fine.. also make sure ur clutch is working right before u put the cover and oil on lol... truast me i took mines off 3 times in 1hr......... good luck....... welcome to the hq.....
  12. i have an idea of a round tube design swinger with a big 1inch or so threaded rod inside the round tube.. ucan turn it out ti lengthen with heim joints at the end... sound neat im gonna draw it and try and send it to you.. like a ladder bar or 4 link setup on a drag car same concept.....fairly esy ill say ill make all the adjustment at the carrier in the rear...

  20. i have a set of stock stroke cylinders bored to 65.25 has good bore job with new wiseco pistons. only about 10-15 hrs on bore. good to go had good compression with 21cc domes.. im looking to get 250 shipped. thnx. also someone has ported these cylinders but it looks as if they only did porting on the intake tracts and the transfers.. cylinders ran great in the trails and open roads good power.. im building a serval i no longer need em.. thnx
  21. yo hq watsup.. its been a while i been on ive been really bust balancing 4 kids the wife and the job.. im gonna start a new build and i have some stuff i need to get rid of asap.. here it goes. 64.00mm stock cylinders virgin everything. polished on the exterior. these cylinders need a good home..250 obo 65.25mm stock cylinders some porting runs hard for the shit port job it is. pistons have maybe 5 hrs max on them wiseco pistons. good rings 250 vito hemi head w new o ring kit 21cc domes no pitting 150 stock a arms allaround with tie rods some scrapes and bumps on lower a arms 100 obo stock front hubs w good bearings and good rotors 80 bucks for both obo stock sprocket hub 30 1 minty clutch cover powdered like a brownish redish color with tons of flake looks really really good 80 bucks 1 clutch cover with scar from brake pedal.. painted elka shock color red. looks really good too 50 bucks fmf fatty pipes with stingers. stingers are a bit shot. ill take 125 for the whole set ims 5.6 desert tank the BIG one. was red painted black.. paint dont stick well to tank. so u may see soem red here and there just paint it over with good plastic paint ill take 100 bucks obo stock calipers all around all 3 are sandblasted - 30 bucks ea. or 75 for all 3 w fatory lines. bling star frnt bumper a lil bend in it nothing too crazy ill take 40 stock swingarm w carrier carrier has small lip on one side when i blew the bearing still good to ride out seal fits no problem small lip.... 80 bucks stock chrome rear grab bar. a lil flaky scratches from wheelies no biggie looks ok.. 30 bucks i have like 2 sets of factory pegs and factory nerfs factory front shocks yeloow springs ok condition-50 bucks i got some other stuff laying around ill try and take pics of everything and post em.. everything is good money... give me a holla..
  22. very simple. 3 dollar fix.. either use a small piece of sandpaper or a small mini file and file the sharp edges make em round.. u dont goota send them out and wait a week or two to do this.. itll take like 20 minutes to do both cyl.... very easy,,,, very noobie
  23. i melted a whole right threw the middleof the wiseco piston... didnt want to turn on for a while. i kept kicking and kicking and kicking and shee fired up ran on one cylinder all the way to the trailer...... good thing it was just ur flywheel.. we had the same incident last month on a yz80 dirtbike.. motor was just built and th fuking guy left the flywheel loose...needing a new keyway too.. anyways good thing ur machine is ok i guess.
