  1. NO UR WRONG.. A BENT CRANK WILL NOT GIVE U PISTON PLAY IN A CYCLINDER./.. WORN OUT RINGS WOULD.. OR AN OUT OF ROUND BORE ALSO.. MOST LIKELY U WILL HAVE TO BORE 1 SIZE UP.. CHECK UR RODS FOR EXXCESSIVE FREEPLAY UP AND DOWN AND LEFT AND RIGHT. AND YES BAD "BOWED" REEDS WILL CAUSE A LOW COMPRESSION ISSUE.. THINK OF IT, UR REED IS UR INTAKE VALVE AND IF DAT DONT SEAL RIGHT U AINT MAKIN NO COMPRESSION...... GIVE A A GOOD LOOK OVER LEAK CHECK IT DATTL TELL U PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING,.,.
  2. HELLO.. ITS CALLED HELI-COIL... U TAP THE HOLE WITH THE PROVIDED TAP./.. U INSERT THEHELI COIL AND WAAAAAAAAAAAAA LA. U GOT A PERFECT STARTING POINT AGAIN..   6. some porters choose not to polish the intake side of the port because when gas as a mist touches a very smooth surface it wants to turn into a droplet.. in other words ur gas will tend to puddle in ur cyclinders after it shoots out the carb....
  7. dude just swap the slides i had this same problem. the 1/2 moon towards the air filter. and ur bansghee will idle again.. u set ur idle screws and ur not pushing agaiunst any ramp... beware u havent strip the threads....
  8. one of the float bowls have a choke jet in it the other doesnt.. look closely.

  11. well its gonna be really snappy at the low but twith that kind of compression its fighting itself to rev oiut high......drop it to like like eh 180 20cc dome...... ull love ur bike alot more.. and itll last too..
  12. yes every head gasket set usually run 1 set bigger. i always had use the next size up... the holes would on the head gasket would almost cover the bore too close to call... if the piston comes up and out if u run the exact size hea gasket it may hit the gasket and damage it.. if u run 66.25 go with a 66.50 gasket
  13. man i beat my buddies 450 with a stock motor fmf pipes non jetted....and it was a old top end...i guess it ran so good cuz it was leAN but eventually it killed my motor with no jetting but i still smoked his ass easy. i guess it all depennds on how good u come out the hole keeping that frnt down is the key...

  15. locktite ur spark plugs... ..check it out before a $2.50 spark plug causes some major damage.. x2 on the domes and timing. bring it down brotha...

  20. im in the m arket for some shocks. i was wondering is elkas $1200 front shocks are worth it or if i shpould just go with some 450's i only ride on the week ends maybe 3 times a month has anyone ran the fox floats ive been eyeing those shocks for a while any input would be great. i have stock a arms but gonna order some 2 1 arms soon

  22. maybe u fried ur clutch meat head. lol.... its like a stick shift car it has a clutch and they burn from feathering or cheap clutch..try to jack up the rear and turn it on with it in gear. most likely it might spin the tires but when u put ur addded weight on it. forget it. most likely u burn ur clutch bro.. either that oir u clutch cable is stuck and not releasing the clutch.
  23. put the bearings in and take off the inner seal of the beaering so the rollers are exposed and put a grease zerk fitting.. that way the grease can go in the bearings.. the grease aids in keeping the water out also for the trail riders. hittin puddles..
  24. u actually want to round out sharp edges.. dude a set of domes r like 50 bucks..... get some 20cc domes and have fun. when u grind a dome u taking all its geometry out and throwing it away.. sharp edges will cause a hopt spot and detonation and that kills motors..... just get some domes. i wouldnt risk it in a high dollar setup....gotta pay to play
  25. yes check ur tors first.. if no good then check ur flywheel ur stator again the pickup between the flywheel ur wirings.....
