  1. Replace the o-ring like the others have stated and loosen your back motor mount and take the bolt out of the front one. Have someone lift the front of the motor up while you wiggle the exhaust flange till it seats up on that lip.
  2. Make sure you adjust the eccentric before you put it all back together
  3. Thanks for the tip man!
  4. send price for the Fly clutch lever and brake blockoff please
  5. Guys I'm gonna make a homemade skid soon and am confused on where they bolt on
  6. I was wanting to make one sometime too... I was going to use 1/4"
  7. You guys both need a Kickstart rebuild. Go to F.A.S.T Racing and look for one. It is around 10 bucks and fixes the rattling kickstarter!! Fixed mine right up
  8. ok thanks guys. I was thinking about getting this bike as a project. I just don't wanna get burned cause i dont know much about the R's and yes its a Honda. If I get it ill post some pics and you guys can let me know how i did.
  9. nice looking bike... Clean as hell why you got the side cover off of it? Missing the flywheel and stator?
  10. come on guys i know some of you guys fool with these
  11. What would you guys pay for an 86 250r with 290 big bore with all new internals? Aftermarket a-arms, swingarm. etc. Plastics are in decent shape! What are these things worth?? Do they hold there value for resell? Are they still in demand? I know it depends on location but let me know what you guys would sell.
  12. i've got the fronts as well... Just havent had time to put them up here yet.
  13. wheres the high schooler option?
  14. Vitos pistons went into my bike. Great customer service
  15. the year of the bike plays a huge importance. That might be nice to know
  16. put Banshee Hq with some sort of motor internal on it. Like two pistons and a crank or something. I'll prolly buy one next batch regardless but I'm a motor head and would like something like that.
  17. Thanks for the comments guys! Yea the T3's are awesome. I had to heat them up and bend the silencers a tad. I had to take the front a-arm bolts and reverse them and grind the bolt down and I had to file down the factory exhaust mounts in front of the engine alittle bit. I had to elongate the holes on the mounts and use some shims (washers) and after that they fit flawless.I thought I knew alot about the theory of the two stroke motor until I did this rebuild. If I can brag on my bike alittle I think those wheels just make the bike!!!!
  18. I bought this 06 Banshee blown up and completley stock. I bored it over .020 with Vito pistons. I had to buy an ebay stock crank. Vitos and. F.A.S.T Racing supplied the parts. F.A.S.T Racing truly has everything and thanks to Jeff I got all the hardware to put this thing back together. This is my first Banshee and I had to rebuild it from the ground up. I've only had it around 3 months. I put Toomey T3 pipes and silencers, Boyseen Reeds, Pro Design clamp and filter, IMS bumper, AC nerfs, ITP C series wheels. Let me know what you guys think.
  19. this has to be a high schooler
  20. the packing job looked like a 10 yr old did it. I have to ask though, did you not see the parts in a picture before purchase?
