  11. I got a 4 mill stock bore with a port job, a coolhead with 17cc domes, runnin 110 octane, VF2 reeds and K&n pods with T5 Pipes and whatver else i am forgetting but all i got around here to ride on is trails and the drag race with buddies down the residential streets and the track of course and there isn't a four stroke that can keep up it runs real hard you won't be let down with a engine like mine for what you wanna do
  12. This Is The part you should give to the parts store Part #: MOES2074R And this the manufacture's number either should work and i did find them online as well Mfr #: ES2074R
  13. "Next coat the bolt liberally with liquid soap"
  14. is it the bolt or bolt hole.... any ways one of the ways below should help you out 1. if its bolt with a rounded head there is easy outs that will go over that stripped head and bite into it tighter and tighter when you go to loosen the bolt it will break it or take it out.... i have set use the on takin out old head steads works great.... 2. if the bolts snapped i would drill a hole in the middle and easy out it that way... guessing that is nice powder coated frame and you don't want screw it up if you have little propane torch apply some heat strictly the bolt it doesn't take much heat and it will cause the bolt to contract and break the bond in there and should help it come out easier 3. if its the hole thats stripped out you could try a thread chaser or you could thread it for a bigger bolt 4. fill the bolt hole with a compound either Liquid Steel or J.B. Weld. You've got to love the folks that invented those products! Next coat the bolt liberally with liquid soap Crank the bolt back into the hole and wipe up the excess that squeezes out around the bolt head When the compound is dried, you're set! You can now screw or unscrew at will
  15. Sounds like your lean a little bit....... pullin the choke cuttin airflow off lettin it burn richer.... defintly bump your mains up and from there..... post back with results

  17. i would try goin up on a main jet mine was doin that in third i went up a main jet and my floats needed ajustment
  18. Mine kept stickin open and it wasn't the throttle cable it was the slides in the carbs when the weather got real cold the oil would gum up on the slides and they would stick and then i would have clean with carb clean and switched oils that would work better in the cold and haven't had a problem since take off your air filter and thats how i saw mine stickin seein one or the other slide stuck up a little carb clean and it was unstuck
  19. My rear master is powder coated and like the other guy said pull the piston and the o ring outta of it and all will be ok
  20. ok so i did the whole easy-out thing and my new easy out ended up breaking off as well so i am goining to check into to having it machined any ideas about how much this should cost for a shop to do and what should i torque theses studs to
  21. Ok so bought a set of polished cylinders and found out there was a stud broke in the cylinder so how would you guys get the broken stud i was thinkin of drillin and try a eay-out or drill and tap it.... and second thing is installing new prodesgn head studs and wanted to know how you guys put them in and torque them to.... i was thinkin of double nut the studs and locktight and tighten to torque spec
  22. ibought my shee from a guy said it only had a few hours on the new motor and was only ridden three times and stuff like that rode a half hour and the motor blew had giant holes in both pistons.... you can never believe what someone says about what your buyin from them..... next time i buy one i will be tearin the motor down to see exactlly what has been done to it before its ridden... blow ups can be costly
