  1. Must have bought them from Ben Dover.
  2. Ohm plug caps seperatly. Trim 1/4" from plug wires. Clean any rust off stator poles and flywheel timing nub. Set pick-up gap at both nubs.
  3. Give my left nut for that !! Two TB's , two chambers, Brilliant !!
  4. Might be some extra "work", but what if you went through a third party and parts were shipped to you as a "gift"?
  5. I think I felt the earth move. Windy and Low Blow Gay Toe agree on something
  6. This is good entertainment if nothing else Seeing as this is the net, proof or STFU and GTFO. Sorry Zilla, but explain how you got an A if it wasn't finished?. (proof of both) Same goes for driftshee. 3 degrees and you use a combo of English/Aussie slang, hoodrat, and hillbilly/redneck. Which are you? Generaly speaking an educated person doesn't use language in this manner . Don't want to ruin a Banshee? Pick something simple, like a YZ250 or Blaster. With 3 degrees and your mouth should be able to whip this out. I doubt it as your sig pic has stock pipes on it , WTF? New or used parts, doesn't matter, if this was so easy there would have been a good working kit loooooong ago. JMHO, your results may, and will vary. sent from inside your gf/wife's pussy
  7. 280, 290, 300 M, 27.5p
  8. Considering the rad cap is only 16lbs (IIRC) 20 is to much to start with. A good tech would have looked at the cap to verify pressure.
  9. What brand stator?
  10. The porting alone would probly be the deal breaker, especially if you fubared the plating.
  11. Unless the crank is something special, they aren't worth rebuilding. If one bearing is bad the rest can't be far behind. Inspect the crank yourself, specs are in the manual. As one who cheeped out (long story) it WILL bite you in the ass. ONLY Cost a bore and pistons, lucked out, Peace of mind of a brand new crank is priceless.
  12. Millinium Technologies. Be about 250+ for plate plus repair. They would be able to tell you if over bore pistons are available.
  13. And a little reach around on the pistons
  14. Sounds like there should be a pipe shootout at a dick measuring dyno daze
  15. What pipes you running?
  16. Clean timing nubs on flywheel and set pick-up gap
  17. Mail order bride. Virgin with three kids.
  18. Considering the media is 180g at best, the 400 would be like the next stage if you were polishing. Blow it off when done, maybe clean with paint thinner, then tack rag, prime/paint done.
  19. lots of questions still unanswered, must not be in much of a hurry
  20. Which pipe has excess oil? What do plugs look like? Have you cleaned the carbs, set the floats?? New plugs? What jets now? You have mail.
  21. dremel or small rat tail
  22. Cheep fluid , riding shit out of clutch, or clutch is wearing out. Do you have to adjust clutch a lot?
  23. Poles on stator clean? Timing nubs? Pick-up gap set? Check all connections? Coil ground clean, bare metal? Consider running extra ground from coil to motor.
