  2. OP, any time you change the amount of air in or out of engine you have to re jet. Bone stock, remove snorkle, +1 jet size, remove lid, +1more maybe 2. Unexact science as all engines are different as are conditions. Read up on how to do a plug chop or how to "read" plugs. There's a sticky in this section "What jets are you running" , or something like that. Look through it, might find simular set-up. At least you will gain some knowledge about set-ups and jetting.

  17. two screw things are pilot jets. O ring is for removeable float bowl drain, other piece, if it's brass, is main jet washer
  18. Choke crossover tube. 3" piece of tube connecting carbs. Directly across from choke knob, opposit side of carb

  20. Have you tried cleaning the carbs? Set the floats. Was it warmer when it last ran? If so might have to adjust the carbs some. Carbs synced? You changed nothing else that would affect the "tune"?

  23. check and double check all connections, grounds, switches,dielectric grease ain't a bad idea.. Ohm coil and caps. Try new plugs, even if they are new. Using proper puller, remove flywheel and clean poles on stator, clean inside of flywheel, clean timing nubs on outside of f-wheel, set pick-up gap. Because the Banshee uses a wasted spark it's hard to tell if each plug is fireing on compression, as they also fire at BDC. Is TORS brain and parking brake disabled?
  24. BTW, O P, I'd trade. Never ridden a 450, but a Banshee is almost better than pussy. Plus you can ride it 24/7/365 Tho sometimes pussy might be cheaper
