  1. Well, other than the fact he's in Saudi Arabia But he may have to do something to get the float bowls off
  2. Sure it's not code for: "Did I burn up my motor. Just like "Only needs carbs cleaned" OP, in addition to compression test, what was "new' air screw set at?
  3. Even KOC isn't that stupid. Annoying, yes.
  4. If you are going to get it ported, send it out soon or you'll miss part of riding season
  5. You'll soon learn it takes thick skin to hang here.
  6. Need ohm meter to check elec, "values" are in manual or might be a sticky on forum of electrical facts.
  7. Pull plugs, hold one against head, kick engine over. do same with other. Because both plugs fire at same time, it's hard to tell if it's weak on any given side. Wouldn't hurt to check that the timing nubs on flywheel are clean and gap is set to .018", checked at both nubs.
  8. Check float levels then
  9. Welcome You say this is your first 2stroke, but you also claim to have a blaster. Which is it? This thread is so all over the place, makes it hard to follow exactually what you want.
  10. Eventually that will be a problem. Also what does your spark look like? When you hold plug on head and kick it over? Is it a fat blue or lazy yellow color? Someone already suggested electrical.
  11. Check that the throttle cable isn't getting pinched or pulled. Disconnect TORS brain box, Left frame tube right by gas tank, 3 wire plug. Check any wires from handle bars or near steer stem for bare/pinch. See if you can find out from PO what he mixed at. Most on here will suggest 32:1 There is a reason Yammy suggests that ratio, but that's a different topic. Fuel/oil ratio can affect jetting. Don't be surprised if the Grammer Nazis come along and suggest breaking a long post into several paragraphs. BTW, welcome.
  12. B9 are colder and will foul easier. Check you tube for carb clean how to. My bad, don't know if Kehiens have main jet washer, stock Mikunis do tho. Least he didn't fall for E3's or something real goofy.
  13. Rattle Can Ray has a whole pole barn full. Will not be the one pictured, "some" rust and threads are jizzed. Newbies need to search feedback for this Jew Fucker. There is a reason he got dumped as a site sponser.
  14. Have you cleaned the carbs? Set float level? Main jet washer in place?
  15. Not even casting flash removed
  16. Can't be much of a drag port if it's trail ridden and T-5s. Have you considered dropping 21-22cc domes in first and see if you even like it? Or as stated, send it off and see if something can be done with it either with or without a 4mil
  17. What was ring end gap? Have the cyls measured properly, 6 spots, top, middle, bottom, front to back and side to side. Measure pistons and calculate clearance. If out of spec bore and new pistons. Leakdown test before teardown would have told of bad head gasket. Then after assembly to ensure no leaks.
  18. That's probably the problem. Engine has to hold 7lbs for seven minutes. Might have jizzed the seal between cases.
  19. Always laugh at this ^^. If you can't seal two gaskets, what makes you think you can do one? If you throw the spacer on the floor and walk on it for a week, ya, it will leak. Depending on port timings, they may or may not be able to re-port If it didn't make a noticeable difference, do you think as many would be doing it?
  20. BTW, also try another compression tester
  21. Them holes are sloppier than an Eight Mile Whore. $200+ in pistons wasted, for a $100 bore job= Obama Economics
  22. Plugged gas tank cap vent, or carb vents
  23. They are in Highland, right? Or someone W/NW of DEEtroit?
  24. I suggest anti seize on out side of race and bolt where it goes through sleeve during assembly.
