  1. Machine bushing. TSC.
  2. BTW, just looking out for newbie Banshee owners that might need to buy a clue about 450 arms, but can't afford it.
  3. Hey bitch boy, lick me raw, ballz and all, don't stop there, lick the hair. 99% that have tried this mod admit it doesn't work. 1% are ashamed, have no fuckin clue, or too proud to admit it doesn't work worth a fuck. Banshee upper arms are about 1" forward of lower, YFZ are about 1" rear of lower. Even if you chop 1" off arms and use a spacer, you are still 1" off. In the past, I have read almost every thread and post about 450 arms on a banshee, and very few will say it works. Just how many have you reasearched, ball licker? Bottom line is (what I like to call the X, Y, Z coordinates of the suspension geometry of the YFZ 450 doesn't work on the YFZ 350 . END OF FUCKING STORY IT DON"T FUCKIN WORK ON A BANGSHEE BTW GLWS !!!
  4. Back the idle crews all the way out, adjust cable ferrel (top of slide, cable goes through) until both slides bottom out, then snug them up until there is no slack. Pull on individual cable to check slack. At this point there should be very little gap between flat bottom side of slide and bottom of carb throat. Now sync them. Either by eye or feel (better yet sync gauge). They should rise at exactly the same time. Either loosen or tighten one, or both , cables at carb cap. Now you can set idle screws. From the screw barely touching the slide turn each screw the same amount to get desired idle speed. This is presuming that air screws are set correctly on both carbs. If I described this wrong, lick my balls and do a better job than me and help him out. If you had a Clymers manual or the pdf , you would be riding by now
  5. If they are 180, it's the wrong carb. They can't go 180 in the correct carb. Simple as that.
  6. If a person were to read up on the conversion they'll know it don't work worth a fuck. GLWS.
  7. They can't go 180 out, but slides will fit in wrong carb backwards. Check that slides are bottoming out, gasket on top under cap, check again for leaks, especially carb boots.
  8. I think the little Sally Ra Ra is hotter than the horse inj

  10. First, Banshees are notorious for not shifting into N. Second, a "new" clutch is just drive and driven plates. Baskets wear, the "fingers" on basket get grooves, which keeps it from disengaging, which makes for hard shifts. If you are handy, you can file the basket and get a little more use out of it.
  11. Should have asked if it was worth it to drop coin into 80 over jugs.
  12. If one rod is gone, the other and all bearings can't be far behind. Presumeing 06 is replacing all? Add in shiping you're still getting close to new cost.
  13. Stainless steel drain screens at the dolla store. All they do is stick a stick in there, if it stops you're golden.
  14. Who did your porting? Stock stroke?
  15. Well, ya get what ya pay for, if you are lucky. Considering the stator uses a rubber seal, you're fucked even before ya hit "buy".
  16. You can modify the stock plate and get 4* out of it. Free mod.
  17. Assume you let it sit a bit and are screwing the cap in to check. If there is no obvious leak, it would have to be burning it. Case leak or crank seal
  18. Depends on how log it's running WFO with no load. This is (probably) why they invented the TORS. I ran WFO with no load once, wore the skin off my dick.
  19. If you do any mud/water, best to run up/over steering hoop/area, keeps shit out of trans.
  20. Your screen name sucks, make me think of the Prez
  21. Check shift claw, ecentric screw, star tight? Thry shift shaft mod and star mod. As to bog try adjusting air screw a cunt hair if not better, go CH other way from starting point. (HINT CH is 1/16 of a turn)
  22. also make sure the angle/cutaway on slides faces air box, they can go in wrong carb and be assbackwards
  23. This ^^^ left one has little "BB" on front of bowl, right doesn't
  24. While it's warming up just start working clutch lever in/out. By time it's warm it may be better, but actually riding will work it the best. Unless basket is grooved badly.
  25. Any product like bed liner belongs on Jeeps and trucks. Also consider hammertone paint.
