  1. Check the bulb and socket.
  2. But it has aboost bottle !!
  3. If you want tractor like torque ,I got a Ford 3200 loader tractor I'll trade you straight up. Also has back blade and tire chains.
  4. Does it do it in all gears? Put the axle up on something , put trans in first gear, try rolling wheels foreward and backwards enough to the point just before engine turns over (make sure ignition is OFF) , checking for your "skipp". Then pull plugs, and roll engine over in each gear. Could be broken gear in trans or primary reduction. (or tooth)
  5. You have to check out the Serval cylinders. Newest thing on the block !! M&M carries it. (Site sponser) How much time did you get on your last build and what let go?
  6. Larry's Shee

    sniff sniff

    TOO FUNNY !!!
  7. The early ones need an "oil mod" for the head I think. So if it hasen't been done how close is it to lunching the head? Know you've already decided, but just saying.
  8. If you're in need of money might get more parting the 10 mil. JMHO, your results may vary
  9. http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/how-install-cylinder-31635/ There you go
  10. http://www.blasterforum.com/ Very good site, probably a sticky on that subject. Might be a linc for pdf for manual. Blaster has got to be 75% easier than Banshee, as if they are hard.
  11. Kind of comes down to do you want to get muddy? Or do you want to get REAL muddy. Consider getting another set that is cut or is worse shape to cut. Then you can have the best of both worlds.
  12. Is this a fresh bore? Rings gapped? Almost looks as if ports aren't champhered properly.
  13. Pull the head and jug off. With any luck all you smoked was the piston. Heavy load, little/slow air flow= smoked.
  14. My guess is a big bore , maybee port work , maybe with bigger (1mm ) valves . Poke around on google looking for engine shop in Texas to see what they offer (and prices). As for you maybe pick up (or borrow) a set of drag pipes, slicks or tt- tires for better grip on the road.
  15. Hey, welcome to BHQ!! Advancing your timeing gives a little more in the bottom end. Do a little searching to understand more. There is a sticky on modifying stock plate to get +4*. If you get a plate ,go with billit not cast. Several of the site sponsers offer them including Charriot who makes them right here in Michigan !! You will need a proper flywheel puller to do this modification.
  16. My son's shee was missfiring when we got it. Cleaned rust from stator, inside of flywheel, lugs on outside, p/u coil, set gap, good to go. Check all conections, grounds, switches. Swap plug wires to see if miss jumps. Check plug caps. Double check stator by ohms. JMHO,Your results may vary.
  17. Dating myself here but suki used simular set-up mid 70 on rm250. Holes were below rings. IIRC, bridge was relieved .002-.003 to allow for expansion into cyl. So these sleeves are Mike's design? Say hi to Mike for me!
  18. Were you riding the clutch a lot (slipping it) ? It's either that (ball) or your trans has no oil.
  19. Bigger bowl = bigger dump. He forgot to add that you also need turbonators.
  20. The cutaway (slice) (half moon) faces the air cleaner.
  21. X-2 on milinium. Had a set of A.Cat cyls plated after major port work and they were flawless, got my wiescos from them at same time so they were honed to proper clearance. http://www.mt-llc.com/index.html
  22. Yes, welcome!! More than a few ladies here.

  23. Hate to see the rest of the quad
  24. Couple of site sponsers do heads, don't recall which ones. What was your compression before?
  25. You're right , it is two pics of same shock. Now it's only half the deal The little I know of shocks the shaft is still pretty expensive!!
