  1. It could possibly cause issues if you leave it on. That would be one of the first things I would do is get the tors remove kit
  2. X2. Looks good.....
  3. Stuck float.
  4. X2 on a few heat cycle's then re-torque head. Run a tank of gas through it and you'll be good. I've always ran Klotz at 40:1, but 32:1 good too. Never ran the straight Klotz Benol though.
  5. The search engine will be your best friend on this subject
  6. X2, purple power works well
  7. Any sponsor on here will do a kick ass job. Call around and get some prices and a feel for who you want to have do it. I had Wildcard Racing port mine and I couldn't be happier, Brandon is a perfectionist at his work!
  8. 4mil will of course be better, but just depends on your budget.
  9. You guys are worse than a bunch of middle school chicks...drama, drama, drama.
  10. Hit up Tim at Stellar Machine and Performance.....he is a site sponsor and can build you anything you need.
  11. Yeah it will give you the same affect that an actual timing plate will do. Follow the steps and do it correct and you'll be fine.
  12. Your going to get tons of different answers.....If I was running a trail bike I would have to have Pro Circuits hands down. Great low to mid pipe, but they pull awesome on top too.
  13. What is currently done to your banshee? I would do the timing plate set at +4 first IMO. That was pretty much my first mod after pipes and filters.
  14. Why not run both? They will both help in different ways....
  15. Someone needs to jump on this deal! BUMP for a good guy
  16. Yeah you will see a pretty good power increase with some different pipes and bigger carbs IMO.
  17. I personally wouldn't do it. If you REALLY want a dirt bike, I would get a 450. You'll get the 250 and end up wanting more power IMO.
  18. Yeah those are pretty cool pipes.
  19. Damn I want to sell my CPI's and buy those......
  20. Having the crank trued and welded would be one of the first things I would do. It is the luck of the draw...some cranks let go and some last forever with no issues. I've seen banshee's with only pipes and filters have a crank come apart. So for the piece of mind its well worth it IMHO.
  21. I would call Tim at Stellar and have him build you some. I've heard the wickeds are nice....but I'd much rather have Tim build some.
  22. Damn that sucks. Hope they find them....KARMA IS A BITCH!
