  1. Check your air screws. Count how many turns. Start at 2 full turns out and see how it runs. Your needle controls more of the 1/2 to 3/4 throttle range, so that shouldn't be the problem.
  2. I run a Chariot head with 19CC domes
  3. Welcome to BHQ! Great looking bike, I love the orange and black
  4. Stock carbs will run up too 70HP or so. I still run stockers on my Wildcard aggressive dune port stock stroke, CPI's...etc. And this thing rips hard. Like spurdy said, maybe look into some 28's, you don't want to over carb that bike.
  5. These hoses are top notch guys, super heavy duty and a great upgrade over stock. Been running them on my dune bike, they look at function great. BUMP
  6. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANSHEE-YFZ-350-Pro-Circuit-Platinum-Head-Pipes-/150614604140?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item231154796c#ht_793wt_858 I've bought stuff from these guys off ebay in the past, no complaints at all. Just fyi.
  7. Nothing against Cascade, they make some awesome parts and I run alot of there parts...But, I would hit up a site sponsor on here for your porting...Wildcard, Fast, Redline, m&m...etc. I didn't even know Cascade did port work, maybe they send it out?!? I've always delt with Brandon and Shay at Wildcard and I can tell you first hand, they are top notch and their motor work RIPS...

  9. Your mainly going to want to up your compression. I've heard 170ish psi or so to run race gas, otherwise it can hurt performance.
  10. You should be beating the 450 or coming super close. Check your tuning, and look at possibly changing your gearing. Gearing can make a world of a difference when set up right. Who did your porting? Maybe they can get more out of those cylinders.... I run stock stroke, wildcard ported stock cylinders and there aren't many 450's who can run with me out here.
  11. Hell yeah, Good find
  12. Yeah they offer a 304, which I think is not spark arrested. And they offer a 296 which is spark arrested. Just depends if the area you ride in requires sparkies or not...
  13. My brother runs PC's and loves them. I think he just has the normal PC silencers that they came with.
  14. I can't remember his screen name on here, but there is a guy who runs pro circuit silencers with his CPI pipes. Maybe look into something like that.
  15. screw that

  17. Looks like a pretty clean bike. I don't have speakers on my computer so I couldn't hear it run. Yes, see what the deal is on that front end.... I had a 2005 YFZ450 that was fairly built (few thousand into the motor). I sold it and bought a banshee a few years ago, and I don't regret it at all. For the dune riding I do, and the way I've set this banshee up it could kill my 450 and is way funner to ride. And way easier to work on IMO.
