Thanks for the suggestions guys but I contacted RMATV and they do not carry the wheel I'm looking for. I'm looking for the douglas EVO wheel.

Does anyone know a good place to purchase Douglas wheels? I tried Douglas them selves but they only sell wholesale. Any help would be appreciated. Also for shipping costs, closer to Canada would help.

looks good but I'm not to sure I like the idea of screwing 4 tech screws into my frame. Just my thoughts though.

shity. I guess I got lucky on the deal I had with eugene. He sold me a billet stator cover and a water pump cover that were used and were in a little ruff shape but I already knew they were. They are getting pc'd anyway. The only thing that sucked was the packaging. 3 pieces of billet seran wrapped together without any paper lining in the box I would have been pissed if they were new. Not the best of starts buying from people off the HQ. Oh well.

If your going to spend money, spend it on the stainless steel bolts. I bought the allozboltz bolt kit similar to those you are looking at and am very happy with them. The only thing about them is that the allen style bolts get filled with dirt and are a pain to clean out prior to taking them out. Also when you are installing the nuts to the bolts you should use an anti-seizing compound or there might be a chance of them seizing together.

the bearings must be removed outward only. If you dont have the tool that is suggested in the manual, you can use a narrow drift. you might have to cut some of the drift to give it clearance so it grabs the bearing properly . just move the spacer over to one side and hit the bearing working your way around it so it doesn't bind. Good luck, their a pain in the ass!

My powder coater showed me some internal parts from his big block chevy he coated with some of Tech Lines coatings, just wondering if anyone has used it on their shee and had any power gains? Here's a vid explaining about some of the coatings Big builders are now using. Sure sounds interesting!

it won't wreck the threads if you unthread the nuts to the end of the thread before you start smashing it with a hammer. Trust me! My front end is from a 2007 YFZ 450. I did the conversion last year for under $250 and I don't really have too many complaints about it. Much better than stock any way!

Just unthread the nuts to the end of the threads and hit them with a hammer. They should come off. If not spray some wd-40 or pb blast on them and try again.

I'm in the same boat as you right now. I did see a cdi relocation bracket on ebay a few days ago that looked decent but itis now gone. It looked like it mounted up under the hood some how. I could use some ideas also.

Yep I agree. The steering hoop seems to be even weaker than the stem. In my case my crash bent both the stem and the hoop and then some. Just save up $40 and get one off ebay and have a look at the frame. I've seen the stems go for as little as $10 before. You can have my old stem if you want lol J/K

good post for sure! What doesn't help is when a reputable member goes and gives GOOD feedback about Items they have purchased but yet to receive. So maybe we can cross the good feedback thing of this list because It didn't help my dealings with you know who!

That's a very good quote for a complete 4mm ported build......It cost me the exact same for my motor give or take a few bucks. But at least It's done right!
