  1. Any coolhead I put on a shee never leaked unless something was wrong. Are you sure no orings are twisted or shrank due to chemicals getting on them. I usually grease all orings and carefully place them flush where they need to be then tighten to spec in I criscross fashion.
  2. What's all the info on the crank. How old what's wrong with it what kid of set up did it come from is it true out of true?????????
  3. If your right shock is frozen your bike will pull left. Is your whole front end straight? Most likley its your frozen shock.
  4. What size,pics,are the intakes
  5. It will def destray thr components of the shock. Never hears ff anyone powder coating a actual shock.
  6. Ok n/p. We will start with a +2 wicked a arms front fully adjustable dual rate fromt works shocks. Rear shock is re done by works also for a +2 swinger. All suspension is set for 185lbs rider and for trails, dunes and shooting hills. probably label that as recreational. I tested out the suspension and it feels insaine. But the rear is a lil bouncy maybe due to the 22's not sure. The front I have set to the softest setting but I I can see where the shock bottomed out which is a 1/4 inch from the base of the piston is this normal or too soft.
  7. a two stroke is a good atv if you are looking to take care of it. but if your looking for no maintenance and beat the hell out of it 4 stroke is what your looking for. four strokes are expensive to upgrade though.
  8. Yea reached out to him waiting for a response.
  9. I have a billet basket and a fast clutch with hd springs , pancacke berring running atf type f and mine rattles also until I give it gas or pull the clutch. Think its just what they do loco is prob right about removeing those rubber ring from a stock clutch makes sense to me. just ride it like ya stole it. If it breaks then you know you did your job.
  10. I have 30 o.k.o's. Im currently running a 140 main which I think I may need a 142 or 5 due to lose of power way up top of like 5th and 6th. Tried a 148 and it was rich and 135 is lean. I also have 55 piolets and takes couple kicks to start so I was thinking I was fat on the piolet maybe a 52 would be good. But this brings me to my ? How does it feel when a bike revs out to a pipe. The pc,s are low to mid so would they rev out making it feel like a jetting issue any input will be great.
  11. What color are the fenders.
  12. Ebay has some nice griper seats for like 30 + shipping.
  13. pm sent
  14. good place to start i have 30's with porting pc's high compression and im at sea level with 142 mains and 55 piolets
  15. So put 140 mains in and the bike woke up big time. Also put 148's in and the bike felt good but lost the snappy feelin the 140 gave. Think 142 might be my sweet spot. As far as piolets I kept the 55 piolet and thinking of dropping it to a 52 just for shits and gigs. What you guys think.
  16. I'm running 22's also. How is the 13-42 gearing. What type of riding you doing. And to this topic. Higher on the rear more lowend power. If you gear down on the front sprocket more lowend power. If you gear up on the front sprocket more top end power.
  17. bbq paint or if you wand a certain finish or color dupli color high heat will do the trick.
  18. washer then the seal grease it all up and pop it on.
  19. so your running the 30 o.k.o's???? what are your mods and elevation for running mains in the 160's? can you post pics of what you did to the carbs?
  20. how do you not know your jugs i know my shit when i see it .
  21. na def wont hurt anything as long as your carbs are tight and the overflows arent broke and leak gas
  22. parking brake rev limiter ?????? what where and how ??????explain
  23. wow no one has any insight on how to dial in suspension!!!
  24. pc's are just a better all around pipe! i have them and have zero issues. i actually love them enough that i invested another 300 into them on chrome work.
