  1. i did two coats of high heat black and two coats of high heat clear and my bike stays as cool as ice. just as long as you really clean the rad good fix smashed fins you will be ok
  2. Was there any issues with powder coating that inner clutch plate? Did it hold up to the oil,flex,and what ever other abuse it gets???

  4. my buddy has a passion port with cpi's and 33,s and he went from a +2 to a +4. he does alot of coal hills and rides the bike hard so we will see what the verdict is on the +4 in two weeks.

  6. Def gonna try the float method just to sEe. And I had a 135 in there originally I guess I will bump it to a 138 if I or I mean if wacko has it lmao. I can't see a 148 but you never know with these bikes.
  7. Suspension is the most important part of the bike for sure. What's the point of having a ton of power if you can't get it to the ground or control it. As far as elka suspension it def is a awsome set up better then a stock reworked shock but not by far. loco not taking it away from u saying that elka is great but sounds like a little bit of luck u didn't eat shit on that jump. I have elka stage 3 on my raptor and they are awsome but I have all works on my banshee and soon going to test it out. If I were to get a great deal on elkas I would jump on it in a second.
  8. this is funny cause i have 30mm o.k.o and i have one issue which is a sputter on the very top end. could this be i am running the bowls dry? i am at 185 psi, ported,pc's,open airbox,sea level 130 main and a 55-52 piolet. i thought i was chasing a jetting problem but maybe not.

    stators

    well i was thinking of getting a 200 watt stator from ricky stator but i am reading all this bad feedback.im guessing stock is the way to go . does anyone have a positive story to tell about ricky stator product? is there any other high output stator that is a great quality product?

  12. im having the exact problem as you with a bike im fixing i went through the whole harness im thinking its the stator.

    Need 125 mains. And need 50-55 piolets. Can also use some pods and outerwears.
  14. Some things you just have to figure out no matter how hard it gets. Calling is just a easy way out. Teflon prob will work I'm just worried about how long. I don't see why I can't epoxy or red locktite a heli coil and snip the end piece. Makes sense to me.
  15. Have a stock carb the the threads are real worn out idle screw isn't a 100 percent threading in can I heli coil it has anyone done this before
  16. i run a gforce axle and n/p at all and i put it through alot of abuse.
  17. 686 motor, candy red frame swingarm and a arms, +2 houser a arms,+2 eyeball engeneering round house, lonestar +2 axle, razar2 w/douglas quadrock rims,elka front shocks stage 3,nerf bars,maintained by sleeper06.
  18. i would say a 25 or 27.5 piolet and a 320 maybe 300 main.
  19. how did you like that eyeball engineering swinger???? did you get it powder coated by them or somewhere else??? they messed up my color on the pwder coat when i bought mine but the swinger is solid i like it.
