    helmet

That's weird... I just got the one I bought today.
  3. Keep an eye on the hose coming from the top of the coolant bottle. That's the one that the coolant will spill out of. If you do alot of hard trail riding, wheelies or hill climbs, it will tend to get trapped in that hose a spill out in small amounts until the bottle is almost dry. Most of the time you can re-route the hose so it doesn't have a hump in it that traps the coolant. Or you can move the bottle or RE-move the bottle. The bottle does act as a reservoir and the cap is designed sop that once the engine cools, it will suck the coolant back into the rad but only if there is enough coolant in the res and the hoses are hooked up right. If you are not losing ANY coolant from the hose, you may have a head leak but this minor spillage is sooo common that I wouldn't panic just yet. To make sure, you could zip tie a small baggy over the end of the hose with a piece of paper towel in it and go for a ride. If there is any coolant in the bag, you've got it nailed. Otherwise you've got to find the leak before you do any more riding.
  4. The first thing you have to keep an eye out for is if she starts dressing up too much to go out with the other shees. Getting some of them tight fitting outerwears is what happens first. Next thing you know she wants new plastic, chrome add ons and a new bumper. If that happens she can't be trusted. Before to long you'll be seeing really strange stuff Honda grips, Kawasaki tires and worst of all... Polaris tracks in the yard outside your house. And Suzi aint her old girlfriend from college I feel sorry for you man... it's a hard thing to see.
  5. Need a pic of that twin row carrier. Send it to... [email protected]
  6. You children don't have a clue. If you have a line running from your water pump to the coolant bottle, it's hooked up wrong. There is a line that runs from the radiator to the BOTTOM of the coolant bottle. The other line FROM the coolant bottle goes over the frame by the pipe. If you want to run the 2:1 filter {I do and I think it's the best filter out there} remove the entire air box and sell it, it will help you pay for the 2:1 filter. Move the coolant bottle to the front behind the bumper {if you are going to keep it} and attach it with a couple zip ties. The fact is, the coolant DOES get pulled back into the radiator from the coolant bottle and a 2.5 second long look at the radiator cap will prove that. Alot of guys throw away the bottle. I kept it because I figure it's there to catch the coolant and there's no reason to let it spill on the ground. Here's a pic of mine.

    helmet

Go on ebay and look for "small helmet" and then "s helmet". I just got a new XXL helmet shipped for $35US because I looked at what ever was ending soonest. If you want to wait, I have one coming in a few days that is small and supposed to be new. Be happy to sell it for $100 canadian. Send me an email... [email protected] .
  8. I was kinda wondering when that change took place Pretty sure all of 'em are the same with the exception of the early banshees.
  9. I have tried the one similar to the one you linked to at Northern and I wrecked the tire, the rim and the bead breaker and never got the tire off the rim. The Nacs style works great each and every time and is well worth the cost.
  10. You might want to get some of these to help you with the weight http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...sspagename=WDVW
  11. Dag nabbit forgot all about that. Can you send me another email??? [email protected]

  13. kenr... got it yesterday... it's on it's way home to you as of this morning. let me know if you ever have any probs with it. The chain screws into the screw just to the left of the dipstick. SS allen screw provided.
  14. OK one of you guys sent me a kicker which I got yesterday... it's on it's way back home today. As always, keep me informed if you have any performance issues. So far, I think I only have one of the HQ crowd who still has a rattle. That's what I get for trying something new and he supposed to be sending it back for me to fix the right way. {I'm still waiting Bill }
  15. Why would you tear down an engine only 6 months after rebuild? I ran Yamalube at 40:1 for 4 and there were no deposits. I'm not bashing the Mystery Oil... just telling my experience.
  16. Beach Park is about 2 miles west of the lake and 5 miles south of wisconsin. The riding here is like the rest of the state... it SUCKS.
  17. That was from the guy that sent you the email entitled "stuff" and asking if you got his payment for the "thingies that go on a 4 wheeler that you talked about that one time". One guy sent me 3 payments for a set of tires I never sold him. After I refunded the money the third time I said " If I receive this payment one more time I will consider it an unexpected gift from God and will not refund it". I never heard from the guy again I got that from a guy who actually stated in his auctions that any payements sent without an auction number written right on the money order would be considered gifts from God and he would not be sending the payment back.
  18. I've got a chrome one that is a little scuffed up do you want to sell yours outright? Send me an email and I can get some pics if you want 'em... [email protected]
  19. Get all of that stuff notarized and carry it with you at all times. You can apply for a title but all that will do is cost you money. And if you ride in Wisconsin, you will need the bill of sale or title and the receipt to show you paid tax on it or they will charge you the tax at the time of trying to get a sticker to ride the trails in Wisconsin. So make sure you have a receipt that shows you paid the tax and what you paid for the bike. PS where do you live?
  20. Send me an email and I'll give you the details. Should have no problem getting it back to you by then... [email protected]
  21. When I rebuild the kickers I put a chain on 'em to keep em even if they come off the shaft and they don't rattle either. So if you want to send it out to me, I'll see what I can do for you.
  22. Isn't it great how well we are getting to know each other Christianity was formed by the followers of Jesus and not the Romans. The time that Jesus was to arrive was told centuries in advance including the town that he would come from, the way he would be treated, the family line he would come thru, the way he would die and even the way his clothes would be given out after he was hung up. The Jews {as many of them were lower class people} were not well liked but they had political clout to some extent and could even buy citizenship as a Roman. Once a person obtained Roman citizenship, they were a Roman and gained all the benefits regardless of their heritage. The benefits of being Roman was HUGE. Christains were not just disliked by the Romans but actually fiercely hated by the Jews. So to become a Christain in Roman times was almost a guaranteed 1 way trip to the lions because the jews would condemn them as heretics and turn them in to the Romans for entertainment. So rather than it being some club where everyone got some benefit, early Christains were actively hunted. They could have easily denounced their beliefs and not suffered for them. So fear of death was not the reason why the early Christians became Christians. It was their dedication to their beliefs that allowed them to face death. They also had no fear or even a hint of a fear of a firey hell. A burning hell was devised by the Catholic church to cause the unknowing people they were oppressing to become converts. The rest... is pretty much true...
