  1. Send me a pic of those [email protected]... I just pulled an engine apart and have some misc layin around.
  2. Send me an email [email protected] a pic and a price on those J arms.
  3. I've got a blown one you can have for $5+ shipping... How much do you like this guy
  4. My guess is that whatever you used as a center for the flywheel damaged it and it doesn't fit on the crank right. If you didn't use the right puller, you may have warped it but you should have noticed that when you were turning it. Make sure the inside of the flywheel hub and the end of the crank are in perfect condition, if not you can mess up the crank {like I did on my 250R}. And I tried everything to get it to stay on right but I could ride it for a max of an hour and it would come loose.
  5. email me a couple pics and a price... [email protected]
  6. Yeah I'm still here. I was putting the final touches on my diagram and I dropped my dial caliper on the floor and broke it. So it's gonna be a few days before I get my new high quality Chinese replacement in the mail. I didn't forget you guys though and really appreciate the offers.
  7. If you got the paper style filter, it is probably for the RZ. They are narrower and taller than the one for the banshee.
  8. I'm thinking more on the lines of "I'm breaking up with you and here's why" kind of a thing. I really like the Weird Al song "One more minute"... I'd rather roll in a huge pile of thumb tacks Stick an ice pick under a toe nail or 2 I'd rather dive into a swimming pool filled with double edged razor blades Than spend one more minute with you
  9. I was just going thru some old CD's and was thinking of all the opportunities I missed to use some really awesome breakup songs. Just wondering what some of your favorites are.
  10. Easy off Hot Over formula will strip the gold off. Then sand out all the scratches with super fine sand paper then polish it for the rest of your natural life and it will be about 1/2 as good as a new set of polished rims. In my book it ain't worth the hundreds of hours to do.
  11. who said that??? Is anyone there??? Stop messin' around... I know someone's out there.
  12. No way... they aren't even close.
  13. Maybe you have something I missed.
  14. Yep I'm 15 minutes from the Wisconsin border. You may just be a little too far to drive. Do you have a price in mind yet? Send me an email... [email protected]
  15. Where are you in Michigan?
  16. Thanks or the offer. Most of it would be aluminum. I'll PM you with my email and I'll leave it here... [email protected] Thanks again. BTW I've been thru Lebanon several times. I go to the Waynesville area a couple times a year to look for land to ride on. I've looked at land anywhere from Jerome to Lebanon to Iberia, Osage Beach, Crocker, Dixon... I'm sure you get the idea You could sell me 20 acres of open land and we could be neighbors I love it down there and a lack of mosquito's a HUGE plus!!!
  17. I'm custom fitting a Toomey silencer to my Motofast 2:1 pipes and need a couple spacers made and I need a couple cones made to fit a Hush kit to my Trinity Pipes. I can supply the stock. So a total of 4 pieces.
  18. I've shipped alot of tires recently and I've gotten screwed every time by UPS. I used to prefer them but every time I go in I get charged for it not being in a box AND by size rather than weight. If you use the on line calculator, the price WILL change when you get to UPS. I now will only ship thru the post office. I used strapping tape and wrapped 2 tires together and attached the label to a piece of cardboard that was also strapped to the tire. Instead of $40 to send 2 tires thru UPS it was $14 thru the postal service. I used my Paypal account to print the shipping label and postage and left it for the mailman {lady in my case} and thay're gone. UPS get's worse every day and makes you jump thru more hoops than ever. Sorry for the rant I'm just getting tired of it.
  19. Send me a pic and a price on that... [email protected]
  20. I took the T5's off to run Trinity for 1 reason only... Stainless. I'm simply not the kind of guy that is going to spend an extra hour after I'm done riding to get every drop of water and mud off the pipes. The Trinity is an extremely well made pipe and is probably equal to the Toomey in this regard. I prefer the Trinity pipes because there is no rubber coupling to attach the pipe to the stinger {built in with silicone O rings}. Over all I prefer the T5's for the power delivery and the ability to use the Hush kit {keeps the neighbors a little happier} but I will never run any pipe that's not stainless and since I just talked to Stuart Toomey a couple days ago and he has no plans to make a stainless pipe, I'm staying with the Trinity. Both are excellent pipes and you won't be disappointed. I think the T5's sound better but sound preference is reletive.
  21. GREAT idea... What was the total cost on that?
  22. Let me just say this... I don't get to ride much but when I do I hand my banshee a beatin'. I run all year round +100 or -20 no jetting changes and all on Amsoil 100:1 mixed at 80:1. You poour in one small bottle with 5 gallons for 80:1 or 1 bottle to 6 gallons for 100:1. If you're dealer, you can get the hookup on the stuff for cheap, they ship fast from depots all over the country and you can even get your friends a good price... FAR better than the stealership charges. If you ever need Amsoil, let me know and either I or Play-n-sand will get you the hookup. [email protected]
  23. Just so we're clear on this... You cannot plug the overflow tube from the radiator. The expanding coolant will want to open the rad cap to discharge the pressure but the cap won't be able to do that. You have a potential explosive problem. Putting a rubber cap over the tube will only last as long as it takes for the coolant to get hot enough to expand and the rubber cap will pop off. The coolant bottle is there for 2 reasons. 1- It takes whatever coolant is discharged from the radiator and keeps it from spilling on the ground. Antifreeze is very toxic and there is no advantage to having it spill out. 2- The coolant will be sucked back into the radiator when the radiator cools. So you get maximum benefit of a full radiator. You can run without the coolant bottle. There are a couple disadvantages. Once the radiator has heated up, the excess is spilled out and there is then less coolant in the radiator. It will tend to seek it's own level but since it's a royal pain to get to the rad cap to check the actual level of the coolant, you never really know how much is in there. The bottle assures that the radiator is always at maximum level {assuming you have it hooked up correctly}. The bottle makes it easier to fill the radiator and keep track of the coolant level andit keeps the ground from as much pollution as possible. So I kept mine.
  24. I missed you... But my aim is getting better
  25. Make sure you post the tech reviews in this posting so we know which ones we're talking about. And snap some better pics... can hardly see those in the auction.
