The small line that sticks out by the rad cap goes to the bottom of you coolant bottle under the seat and like benbb said the other small line at the top of the radiator goes to the head. Here's a pic of the RZ coolant layout... almost the same as the banshee.

The only thing that's threaded is the nut. Once you get the nut off, the whole works should slide out of the carrier. Then you can remove the bearings and seals. If you don't have a Clymer manual, now would be a good time to invest. They are well worth the $20 - $30 price tag.

If I could get a decent enduro tire, I just may use it off road too.

If you want to see some of the most awesome buildings and other things to see, get up around 11:00AM and walk up and down the strip. There's nothing like it. If it worked and then didn't work at all, I'd say there's a wire off somewhere. Clean and inspect all the terminals to the stator, cdi and coil. Make sure your kill switch isn't shorted out somehow. If you get some spark and it won't start, that could be something totally different.

Did you read the instructions with the full color step by step photos I sent you? Take the old plastic bushings and throw them away. Put the bearings in the Arms {as shown} and put the sleeve in the bearings, put the dust caps on, put the Arms in the frame, put the bolt in the Arm, put the nut on the end, do the same on the others.
