  1. Thats a nice deer!! Hahaha when i was looking at the pics i was thinking the same thing
  2. Turn it lol Use some heat if your having a hard time. Ive had to grind the nuts off before to get them off. If that is the case then just grind parallel until your through the nut just making a slot, put a chisel in the slot and wack it with a hammer to spread the nut should spin right off after that.
  3. Well my buddy owns an 03 Ranger xlt ext cab with the 4.0 automatic. It gets the job done for what it is not a bad truck by any means, 275,000 miles on it so ill let the mileage do the talking. One of the things I absolutly hate about his truck is the electronic 4wd system, JUNK. Every time we put it in 4wd it doesn't want to come out, couple weeks ago we threw it in 4low wouldnt come out ended up driving it home in 4low came out the next morning. And if your looking for gas mileage the ranger is not for you they drain a tank pretty quick.
  4. Do you have a clymers manual yet? Sounds like the clutch is just out of adjustment, if you have a manual it wll take you through the steps, your going to have to order up some clutch cover gaskets so i would get those first then pull the cover.
  5. Im running a set of mudsharks 21x12x9 and holeshot Hds 20x11x9. The mudsharks slide in the corners real easy in a straight line they grab pretty good. The holeshots have good side bite and grab better in a straight line but they wear kind of quick.
  6. you should be able to run 100ll avgas from the airport, its the cheapest route you can take im running 185psi runs fine on the avgas. I agree with what Tshee said though i should have wrote that, i would start with a mixture over 100 octane if that runs fine try it on the 100ll.
  7. Yeah man you can't be putting kawasaki stickers on the banshee thats just slowing it down. Plus it looks queer. MCbanshee your banshee in the sig is so nasty
  8. Im running the Modquad head basically the same thing as the Noss head
  9. Wow its about time we did something about them dam mexicans coming over and taking are jobs and trying to get me too speak spanish. The same laws in effect in arizona should be in every state. I just can't believe that the people running the craphole of mexico are dumb enough to blame us for there problems.
  10. I was thinking something like 100 shipped?? tell me what you think
  11. Everyone always jumps to the FMF fatties I have a set of the FMF SSTS and they are an amazing woods pipe. pull hard from bottom right through the top. Infact with similar setups mine with ssts my buddy with T-5s i would get the jump on him because they punch so hard on bottom.
  12. Maxima SC-1 Try this stuff out bout $7 a can spray it on and leave it or let sit for 10-15 and wipe. Works so good, ive got a set of black plastic that is sun faded to crap they look gray, put 2 coats of that silicone spray on now they look brand new. It works
  13. Ive been running 100ll all year in the banshee with 185 psi and loves it
  14. He forgot to mention 4mm long rod, only way to go, and a -1 swingarm. I don't run any skid plates on mine probably a good idea to run one at least on the sprocket end but the others are not necessary. Everyone is going to write in something else you should just go check out the thread where everyone posted what they have done to there bikes and go from there. Get a good idea of the most common parts installed and rule out what you don't want or need.
  15. Hit a ditch??? you'll have to explain that after but anyways, are you still running your key? Try bypassing the key switch to rule that out, if that doesn't work open up your kill switch inside there is a tab that should be touching cant remember if its an open or closed circuit but if its way off bend it back. If neither of those work look inside your plug caps and make sure they aren't corroded and seat tight on the plugs. Could possibly be a burnt wire near the exhaust also. Oh i forgot to mention, you put a new stator in did you check out the pick up gap?? It should be about as thick as a credit card. Hope that helps Tony
  16. Break in at the same ratio your going to run and use the same oil your going to run. If the cylinders still have the cross hatch marks and its not glazed than it shouldn't need a hone. The first start up I just let it run for about 1min or 2 with the radiator cap off to make sure the coolant is moving, blip the throttle don't let the motor lug or idle. Let it cool down for 5-10mins or until cold enough to hold your hand on the jugs and pipes for 10 secs. Next start up take it out run it through a couple gears getting on it and getting off it, don't lug the engine and don't rev it out either. Run it till hot (won't take long) and let it cool down like before again. Continue that process for a couple times and run it as hard as you want. The more heat cycles the better the rings will seat. What your trying to do is get the heat to escape through the exhaust and not build in the jugs. For my first ride ill run it for about 10 mins and stop it and let it cool down, ill do this like 3-4 times during the ride and after that give her hell.
  17. I have a black IMS 5.6 gallon oversized tank that im not using, PM me if your interested.
  18. Been running the Black anodized one all year and i like it. Gets the job done and hasn't leaked on me yet.
  19. Good thing you caught that early or you'd be putting a little more dough in the build. Wrist pin bearings are about 10 bucks for the 2 of them so i would just replace them even if the other ones fit, which they should. While your in there i would go ahead and replace the tranny bearings, make sure your shift forks are still in good shape, might as well do the shift shaft and shift star mod also definitely a big difference in shifting. Measure your clutch springs if the clutch wasn't slipping before chances are your all set for now but doesn't hurt to check it out while your in there. And you shouldn't have to re-jet the bike since your not messing with any difference in air/fuel mixture. Hope this helps and have fun with it. Tony
  20. Well how bout a comparison between the Rockets R2s and CPI small bores. There prob is a thread already but since this one is already rollin figured id add it.
