  2. my buddys banshee with him on it. flywheel wasnt tight came off and killed it. i only pulled it like 100 yards though. it was the first night this year on my fresh rebuild and it pulled him like a champ.
  3. mine did last year. 7 years on a bore and the right cylinder becomes a little out of round. To answer the question of when, the answer would be when your foot starts to hurt from kicking over the beast.

  6. i also run the D.I.D chain just go with the o-ring its lighter. i think stock swingarm is like 104 links
  7. are they old? maybe you can repack them and pass the db meter. also im pretty sure toomey sells that hush kit
  8. if there isnt any noise restrictions in your area you can just run them. you arent going to get any more hp just be a lil quieter.

  11. well i dont think they will crack as fast as the rubber ones since mine keep cracking at the top where the boost bottle mounts in. like i said i spent $50 on a new set last fall and here i am looking for another set lol. plus my dealer cant get a new set anywhere there on back order. nobody wants to produce these anymore? Is there a way to drill and tap two more holes in the billet ones so i can run 4 bolts? And where do i get them? My buddy found some rubber ones on ebay for $50 that come with the crossover tube so if i cant find out this info im just gonna bite the bullet and get these junk rubber ones again.
  12. Do they make the billet intake setup for the stock carbs? where can i get them if they do? mine are cracked and i dont feel like putting a new set on every season lol
  13. yes you would have to open up the chambers in the sleeve to accomidate the port in your jugs if you did a resleeve. i wouldnt be too worried about anything along those lines now. those jugs should last a long time unless you dont take care of the bike. my bike just went 7 years on a bore.
  14. i run amsoil 10w40. this stuff is awesome. i ran the maxima mtl fluid last year and i thought it sucked. when the bike warmed up it would get hard to put in gear. havent had any issues with the amsoil yet. shifts smoothe as hell

  16. Put the 15 on the front with the 42 and that should be pretty good
  17. i broke my tab off a couple weeks ago from just trail riding i was jumping it a bit but it was weird.
  18. Welcome to the HQ check out the site and different forums and youll find a lot of useful info. I would do a compression check on those cylinders and take those carbs off and clean them out. i would run 40:1 thats what i run with amsoil interceptor.
  19. hey talleywhacker, i wouldnt suggest it unless your bike is set up for it compression wise and motor work. if not your just looking for problems. detonation and prob start backfiring i wouldnt do it. theres other ways to get more power out of your bike.

  22. i beat the crap out of mine but i do take care of it. never have problems with the motor just the rear end pretty much. the motor can take a hell of a lot more of a beating then the actual base of the quad
  23. right on sounds sick yeah there are quite abit of animals to hit on the trails up here
